What are Scripts?
Infloww's script feature is designed to help you quickly create, select, and share pre-generated DMs with fans while providing valuable analytical insights.
This powerful feature can assist agencies in identifying successful scripts and optimizing their messaging strategies to increase their engagement and overall revenue.
Setting up Scripts
To access scripts, click on Growth from the sidebar to open the dropdown menu and click on Scripts.
Creating a Script
From the Scripts page, select the Creator you want to generate the script for
Click Add Scripts to open the modal window
Assign a name for the script to easily identify it later
Assign a tag to categorize the script, making it easier to find when filtering for scripts
Write the text that will be used as a message to online fans
If you've assigned custom names* to your fans, click on {name} to insert a unique tag that replaces the default name used when sending a message to online fans
(Optional) If you want to include images and videos, select the media files, toggle whether it's free or a paid PPV, then assign a message price
If a PPV is selected, toggle whether
Click Save to confirm and store your new script
Note: If a fan is not assigned a custom name, {name} will address the fan by the default name used for all fans.
Filtering Scripts
To gain key performance insights on specific scripts, follow these steps to filter and search for the desired scripts:
From the Scripts page, select the Creator with the script(s) you're searching for
Click on a tag to display a list of scripts that are assigned to that specific tag
Enter the script name or text in the search field to narrow down your search results
Click Query to begin filtering
How to edit or delete a Script
If you want to refine here's how:
From the Scripts page, select the Creator with the scripts you want to edit
Select the script you want to edit
Under Actions, click Edit to open the modal
Edit the name, assigned tags, message text, PPV media, and message price
Click Save to confirm
To delete a script:
From the Scripts page, select the Creator with the scripts you want to delete
Select the script you want to delete
Under actions, click Delete
Click Ok to confirm
Inserting scripts in your messages
Once you've set up your scripts, you can easily incorporate them into standalone messages with fans or when using Infloww's Message Online Fans feature.
To insert a script:
From the fan's chat window or the Send Message to Online Fans window, click ✉️ on the right side of the text field
A panel containing all the scripts you've created will appear. Click on the script you want to send.
Clicking the script will open a message preview
Click Send to confirm sending the script to your Creator's fan(s)
Tailoring your messages to online fans
With Scripts, you can create personalized messages and PPVs tailored to your needs, save them for future use when sending them to online fans, and track their performance.
Optimize your messaging strategies with key statistics
Our script feature offers the following essential statistics:
📧: The number of times a script has been sent
🛒: The number of times the script has been purchased
🟡: The conversion rate, based on total times sent vs purchased
💰: The total sales earned from PPV purchases
These statistics enable employees to analyze the performance of their messaging, identify areas for improvement, and refine their strategies.
A/B testing for maximum impact
By evaluating your script's performance, such as the conversion rate and total sales earned, employees can perform A/B tests on different scripts to determine which resonates best with the Creator's fans.
Employees can identify the most effective messages to further tailor, experiment, and optimize their messaging strategies—such as helping them nail a specific tone or determining the best PPV content to drive results.
Create dedicated fans with personalized messages
Infloww's script feature allows you to create personalized messages that cater to your audience's unique preferences and interests.
Use the {name} tag to address fans by their custom name and create deeper, loyal connections with your Creator's fanbase. It's a great method to encourage them to engage with your content, discounts, and PPVs.
Personalization can lead to higher conversion rates and increased revenue as fans feel more valued and understood.
Note: Scripts can only be used when sending messages to individual fans or when using Infloww's "Message Online Fans" feature.
