Auto-Follow

Discover how to use these two essential features to manage and prioritize your Creator's fanbase

Updated over a week ago

Auto-Follow is a powerful tool that connects you with expired fans, helping increase subscriber retention.

With Infloww, you can automatically subscribe to expired fans, saving you time and making it easy to include them in your promotional strategies.

How is this different from the platform's Auto-Follow feature?

The Auto-Follow tool makes it easy to reconnect with fans who haven't resubscribed.. With Infloww, you can view multiple accounts' follow history in one place, making it easy to enable and edit your settings.

Here's how you can edit your Auto-follow settings:

  • Click on Auto-follow from the Growth menu

  • Switch the toggle under the Action column to enable the Auto-follow feature

  • Click on a Creator account to view their Auto-follow details.

Note: Data for newly followed fans will automatically sync every 24 hours.

Now, each of your Creator account's auto-follow settings has its own subpage. Now, you can view subscription information, including:

  • Total spend

  • Follow date

  • Expiry date

With Auto-follow details, you can view your follower history and send direct messages to fans with expiring subscriptions.

To message a fan in your follow history:

  • Under Actions, click on the message icon

  • This will open up their conversation in Messages Pro

Addressing Auto-Follow fan analytics discrepancies.

In some instances, reports on expired subscribers who are being followed by the Creator may not appear accurate on Infloww reports.

This discrepancy is due to Auto Follow Back being enabled on the OnlyFans side. If enabled, fan data might not get passed through to Infloww and subsequently not appear in reports.

To prevent reporting errors it is important to,

  • Disable Auto Follow Back on OnlyFans

  • Enable Auto-Follow on Infloww.

Both the above actions can be completed from inside the Infloww application itself.

Step 1: Disable Auto Follow Back Creator’s OnlyFans account

  • Navigate to ‘OnlyFans Manager’ on Infloww.

  • Select ‘OF Settings’.

  • Choose the Creator you want to deactivate Auto Follow Back for.

  • Click ‘Fans and following’.

  • Ensure that the toggle on both the following settings are turned Off.

    • ‘Auto follow back my fans’

    • ‘Unfollow when the subscription has ended’

Step 2: Enable Auto-Follow on Infloww

  • Navigate to the Infloww ‘Growth’ menu.

  • Select ‘Auto-Follow’.

  • In the Auto-Follow screen, find the Creator you want to enable Auto-Follow for.

  • You can also filter Creators that have Auto-Follow turned on or off from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.

  • Under the ‘Action’ column, turn the toggle to ‘On’.

Follow the above steps to ensure that Creators can continue to Auto-Follow their expired subscribers and view analytics without discrepancies.

If a Creator wishes to Auto-Follow all fans regardless of subscription status, simply toggle the Auto Follow Back my fans setting ‘On’ in the OnlyFans manager.

The volume of data on expired subscriptions will tend to be lower since these fans would have been followed by the Creator already.
