With Infloww, we’ve integrated a suite of features to enhance the overall messaging experience

Updated over a week ago

We wanted to make it easier for you to interact with fans.

So, we've improved the messaging experience on Infloww with intuitive tools such as messaging widgets, fan tags, scripts, third-party integrations, and more!

About Infloww's messaging widgets

Our unique messaging widgets give employees everything they need to know to increase PPV revenue, fan engagement, and retention.

Each fan in your Creator's inbox has their own metric widget, providing detailed information specific to their preferences and behaviors, including:

  • Creator notes: When messaging fans, set priorities, reminders, and relevant details using Creator notes, which serve as valuable references to ensure effective and personalized interactions

  • Fan notes: Keep track of essential fan details with our convenient notes feature

  • Country/Region: Set the fan's region and time zone so you can keep track of when they're most likely to be online

  • Auto-renew Status: Stay informed about your fans' auto-renew status for better engagement

  • Last paid: Know when a fan last purchased a PPV from you

  • Buy rate: Identify potential big supporters with our buy rate percentage feature

  • Spending habits: Get a detailed view of a fan's buying patterns and the type of PPV content they've purchased the most

  • Purchasing trends: See the type of content most purchased by the fan

  • PPV timeline: Gain valuable insights about your fans' spending habits with our detailed history of PPVs sent, their prices, whether they were purchased, and the accompanying messages

  • Source: Track where your fans are coming from (e.g., TikTok, Discord, Reddit)

  • Birthdate: Celebrate your fans by reaching out to them on their special day

  • Infloww name: Personalize your messages by assigning custom names to fans on Infloww, which will be used when sending scripts or mass messages

  • Fan lists: Keep track of what lists fans are assigned to

These widgets help Creators and employees better understand their fans, enabling them to create more personalized and engaging content.

Understanding your inbox

About Fan Tags

From the inbox and message preview, each fan is assigned a Fan Tag based on how they've engaged with the Creator. These tags are:

  • New: Fans that subscribed within the last seven days

  • 🔥: Fans that purchased a PPV within the last seven days

  • ❄️: Fans who haven't been messaged in the last 72 hours

  • ❌: Fans whose subscriptions have expired

  • Off: Fans that stopped renewing their subscriptions

In the inbox view, we've replaced fan avatars with an indicator to show you the total amount spent by each fan. This is represented by a small orange number underneath the fan tag, making it easy to keep track of your most supportive fans.

Create better engagement with Fan Tags

Looking for specific use cases? Here's how you can use this information to hone in on your messaging strategies:

  • New: Give new subscribers the attention they deserve. Employees can build loyalty among new fans by incentivizing them with personalized content beyond automated welcome messages (if enabled). This could include offering exclusive PPVs, special offers, or a sneak peek into what they can expect from their new subscription.

  • Fans who recently purchased PPVs: Employees can provide free, exclusive content to fans who have recently purchased a PPV to incentivize them to renew their subscription. Personalized messages thanking fans for their support, offering discounts to PPVs, and asking for feedback for future content are possible strategies to build and retain a loyal fanbase.

  • Expired subscriptions: Employees can send reminders, such as personalized promotions, to encourage them to renew. This can include discounted subscription rates and exclusive PPVs they wouldn't get otherwise. Employees can also track which fans are up for renewal and ensure they receive the attention they deserve.

  • Expired fans: Through Infloww's auto-follow feature and messaging tools, employees can follow and reach out to expired fans with personalized DMs and special promotions that encourage them to come back. This could include offering free trials, exclusive content, and discounts.

Pace your content with a built-in timer

We've integrated a built-in timer for each fan in your inbox so you can pace out your content. With the timer, you can set up a time for the chat to send a reminder when to message the fan the next content.

  • Select your alarm sound

To cancel the timer:

To subscribe to expired fans:

  • Click the subscribe button, from the "Please subscribe to resume messaging" notification in your conversations

Save time with Scripts

Our script feature allows you to quickly select and share pre-generated DMs with your fans and offers valuable analytical insights.

Agencies can use key statistics to guide them in identifying successful scripts and optimizing their messaging strategies.

These statistics show:

  • The number of times a script has been sent

  • The number of times the script has been purchased

  • The conversion rate, based on total times sent vs purchased

  • The total sales earned from PPV purchases

This is particularly helpful for busy creators who need a convenient way to communicate and engage with fans. With Scripts, you can create personalized messages and PPVs tailored to your needs, save them for future use, and track their performance.

By evaluating the purchase data, agencies can A/B test different scripts to determine which resonates best with their audience and drive higher engagement and revenue.

Send mass messages to online fans

Employees can now target online fans with mass messages for greater fan retention and engagement.

Set the price of your PPVs and send content to specific audiences based on your selected preferences, including:

  • Total spent: Target fans who have spent a certain amount on your content

  • Total tips: Focus on fans who have provided generous tips

  • Subscription length: Cater to short or long-term subscribers by acknowledging their continued support

  • Length of inactivity: Re-engage inactive fans by sending them customized mass messages

To narrow your audience further, you can exclude subscribed Creators and fans you've already messaged within a set period.

Stay updated with inbox notifications

We've integrated a series of icons in the inbox view for each Creator managed by your agency, designed to keep employees informed about various aspects of their accounts.

These icons enable employees to stay informed about the number of notifications, Share for Share (S4S) requests, and unread messages each Creator has received.

Importantly, the notifications icon highlights new subscribers—an integral element when monitoring Creator performance and growth. By providing at-a-glance information, employees can quickly prioritize tasks, leading to smoother management of fan interactions for multiple Creators.
