Creating a script sequence
Order your scripts into a sequence for storylines or common chatting scenarios.
Go to Growth > Scripts
Select + > Add Sequence > Create new
Give your sequence a name & description
Choose to add either:
Normal script: A single script
Conditional script: Add up-to 3 script options that your team can choose depending on the response or behavior of fans. Describe the condition so your team knows which to send from Messages Pro
You can add up-to 200 scripts to the sequence
Click Publish
Create a sequence from tags
We know that some users have been using Tags to group scripts together. Here's how to turn those into sequences.
Go to Growth > Scripts
Select + > Add Sequence > Import from tag. A window will open
Select the relevant tag. The scripts are imported into a sequence
Drag & drop to reorder them
Select Publish
Managing scripts & sequences
Sharing among Creators
It's possible to share scripts & sequences to other Creators. To do so:
Single, multi-select or select all scripts or sequences from either:
Tags
Sequences
Manage Scripts
A window will open. Select which Creators the script or sequence should be share with
Select Confirm
Removing or deleting scripts
You can easily remove scripts from tags or sequences from Growth > Scripts. Or delete them completely in Manage Scripts.
In Messages Pro
Using scripts & sequences
You can easily find & send scripts or sequences by typing /
+ your keyword. The keyword could be:
Name of the script, sequence or tag
A word from within the script
If you use a sequence, Infloww will auto-suggest the next script in the sequence.
Quick adding a new script
Easily save a message as a new script directly in Messages Pro.
