To access Messages Pro:

  • Click OF Manager on the left-hand menu

  • Click Messages Pro to open the new chat experience

With Messages Pro open, you'll have immediate access to features such as a Multi-Creator Inbox, Real-Time Notifications, Online Fans Smart Filters, and more!

Plus, with instant access to a comprehensive suite of data—including chat histories, as well as PPV-purchase and message-read statuses—integrated seamlessly into your conversation, every interaction is enhanced, becoming more personalized and informed.

Here's an in-depth look at the new messaging experience.

The Multi-Creator Inbox

With the Multi-Creator Inbox, you have access to everything you need to increase PPV revenue, fan engagement, and retention.

From Message Tabs and Real-Time Notifications to Message Withdrawal Alerts and an improved Insights Panel, you'll be equipped with essential tools to stay ahead of the curve.

About Fan tags

From the inbox and message preview, each fan is assigned a fan tag based on how they've engaged with the Creator. These tags are:

  • New: Fans that subscribed within the last seven days

  • 🔥: Fans that purchased a PPV within the last seven days

  • ❄️: Fans who haven't been messaged in the last 72 hours

  • ❌: Fans whose subscriptions have expired

  • Off: Fans that stopped renewing their subscriptions

In the Inbox view, we've replaced fan avatars with an indicator to show you the total amount spent by each fan. This is represented by a small orange number underneath the fan tag, making it easy to keep track of your most supportive fans.

Create better engagement with fan tags

Looking for specific use cases? Here's how you can use this information to sharpen your messaging strategies:

New subscribers

Make a strong first impression by giving new fans the attention they deserve. Go beyond automated welcome messages (if enabled) by sending personalized content like exclusive PPVs, special offers, or a preview of what they can expect from their subscription. This helps build early loyalty and engagement.

Fans who recently purchased PPVs

Encourage recent buyers to stick around by rewarding them with bonus content or personalized messages. Try thanking them for their support, offering a discount on their next PPV, or asking for feedback to guide future content. These gestures help build stronger relationships and boost retention.

Fans with expired subscriptions

Re-engage fans whose subscriptions have lapsed by sending timely reminders. Offer personalized promotions like discounted subscription rates or access to exclusive PPVs. Keep an eye on upcoming renewals to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Expired fans

Use Infloww’s auto-follow and messaging tools to reconnect with fans who’ve gone inactive. Reach out with tailored messages and compelling offers; such as free trials, limited-time content, or exclusive discounts, to bring them back into the fold.

Message Tabs

Message Tabs make it easier to manage multiple Creator and fan conversations at once.

You can quickly switch between chats without losing your place, so everything stays organized and easy to follow. Even when juggling several inboxes.

How to use Message Tabs

Creator tabs

  • To open a Creator tab, click + to show a list of available Creators

  • Click on a Creator to create a dedicated tab showing their inbox

Fan tabs

  • To open a fan tab, click on a fan to open their conversation

  • From their conversation, click Open in new tab

With Creator and fan tabs, you can easily switch between inboxes and priority conversations, streamlining your chatting workflows.

The Insights Panel

Each fan in your Creator's inbox has their own insights panel, providing detailed information specific to their preferences and behaviors.

The Insights panel has three sections:

  • Fan insights

  • PPVs

  • Creator notes

Understanding fan insights

With the Insights panel, you'll have access to key details about their subscription and spending.

This is broken down into the following:

  • Subscription period

  • Subscription status

  • Total amount tipped

  • Total amount spent on PPVs

  • Total amount spent overall

These details also include information as to the last time they made a purchase from you, the highest amount they've paid, and their subscription renewal status.

Fan info

With fan info, you can personalize your interactions with each fan by adjusting their nickname, time zone, birthday, and more.

Fan insights allow you to better understand your fans, enabling you to create more personalized and engaging content.

Here's a brief overview of each feature:

  • Country/Region: Set the fan's region and time zone (UTC) so you can keep track of when they're most likely to be online

  • Source: Track where your fans are coming from (e.g., TikTok, Discord, Reddit)

  • Birthday: Celebrate your fans by reaching out to them on their special day

  • Nickname: Personalize your messages by assigning custom names to fans on Infloww, which will be used when sending scripts or mass messages

  • Fan lists: Keep track of what lists fans are assigned to

  • Fan notes: Keep track of essential fan details with our convenient notes feature

PPV timeline

The PPV timeline in the Insights panel shows a complete history of all the PPV messages you’ve sent to a fan, giving you quick access to their engagement and purchase activity.

Through this section, you'll gain key insights on your PPV performance, including:

  • Buy rate: This shows the percentage of recent PPV messages purchased (e.g. 50% PPVs purchased by the fan)

  • Highest price: This shows the highest price you've set for your PPVs

  • Lowest price: This shows the lowest price you've set for your PPVs

All previously sent PPVs are listed in the PPVs section of the Insights panel, making it easy to resend any unpurchased messages without needing to open the vault.

Resending PPVs

You can easily resend previously sent PPV messages directly from the PPV timeline in the Insights panel.

To resend a PPV message:

1. In the Insights panel, click PPVs in the bottom navigation to open the timeline.

2. Find the message you want to resend.

3. Click Copy as draft to duplicate the message and include the original PPV files.

4. Update the message text or media files if needed.

5. Click Send to deliver the updated message to your fan.

Know your fan's spending habits

PPV timeline chart

Click See chart to view a visual timeline of all PPVs you’ve sent over time. The chart helps you track which messages were purchased and which ones were not, giving you a quick overview of your content performance.

Creator notes

Use Creator notes to record important details, set communication priorities, and create reminders when messaging fans. These notes help your team stay aligned and ensure every interaction is consistent, personalized, and well-informed.

One helpful way to use Creator notes is by adding details about the Creator’s style and preferences.

For example:

• What type of content do they create?

• How do they usually communicate with fans?

• Do they have a specific tone, theme, or approach they prefer?

These insights help your team craft messages that feel personal, consistent, and aligned with the Creator’s voice.

By sharing specific details about the Creator, you'll not only optimize your workflow with your team but also be able to create deeper, more engaging messaging strategies.
