Inflow’s AI Translator, integrated into Message Pro, enables real-time communication in 30+ languages. This feature allows you to manage global fan bases and scale into new markets without requiring a multilingual team.

The tool automatically detects the fan’s language, translating incoming messages into the employee’s preferred language and converting outgoing replies into the fan’ native tongue.

Setup

To enable the AI Translator:

  • Go to Settings in the bottom left sidebar.

  • Select AI Translation and toggle the feature on.

  • Select your target languages for incoming messages.

  • Optional: Choose to hide or display only the translated version of fan messages for a cleaner view. We recommend keeping the original version.

Automatic translation

For high-volume accounts, you can automate the translation of entire conversations.

Click the AI Translator icon within the conversation window to toggle the automated translation on.

Once active, all historical and incoming messages will automatically display in your preferred language.

Chatting with automation on

When automation is enabled, your responses are translated into the fan's language in real-time.

  • The fan’s language is automatically detected.

  • Draft your reply, then select Use translation before sending the localized message.

Manual translation

If you prefer to translate only specific messages:

  1. Ensure Automated Translation is toggled off.

  2. Click the AI Translator symbol next to any individual message to translate it into your default language

Sending manual translations

To translate your outgoing messages one by one:

  1. Click the AI Translator symbol in the message field.

  2. The system detects the fan’s language and provides a translation.

  3. Select Use translation to insert the text and send.

Are Scripts translated?

Yes.

When the script text is added to the message field, it’s either automatically translated (if entire chat translation is on) or you can manually translate it.

Is the AI Copilot translated?

Yes.

When the desired message prompt is added to the message field, it’s either automatically translated (if entire chat translation is on) or you can manually translate it.

Can the translation be set individually, i.e. each employee can set it to their own preferred language?

Yes.

Each employee can configure the translation to their native language in Settings.
