Fan insights gives your team a complete, in-chat view of every fan.

Quickly identify whales, deprioritize low-intent conversations, and flag potential chargeback risk—so your team focuses on fans with real spend potential.

With spend signals, purchase likelihood, and personal context all in one panel, your team can prioritize smarter and personalize faster, converting even more conversations into revenue.

Insights

It contains the most important information about fans and is organized into six blocks. With the customizable layout, you can drag and drop each block to prioritize what matters most to you. You can also collapse blocks you don’t use in your day-to-day work, helping you remove unnecessary data and stay focused while chatting and making decisions.

PPV

Total & average spent on PPVs.

Average PPV = total PPV revenue / PPV paid times

Tip

Total & average tipped.

Average = total tip revenue/ tip paid times

Highest spend

When, what, and how much the highest spend was. Includes Tips and PPV sales.

Excludes subscription and chargeback transactions.

SIndicates whether auto-renewal is enabled or disabled.

Lists

This contains all the lists where the fan belongs to.

By clicking on the gear icon you open a quick list editor. You can add, remove the fan from different lists or create a new list.

Notes

Here you can add any additional information about the fan—such as hobbies, pets, or recently discussed topics—to help your chatting team continue ongoing conversations and personalize interactions with the fan.

By default, we provide a basic list of fields that can be filled out:

  • Age

  • Job

  • Preferences

  • Hobbies

  • Nationality

  • Gender

  • GF

  • Others

However you can customize and define your own Fan Note templates. To customize yours, simply click the gear icon within the Fan Notes section.

  • Note: Templates are editable by all users by default and apply to new fans or those without existing notes.
