Engaging fans is easier than ever with enhanced messaging tools available in the OnlyFans section of your Infloww Agency CRM.
Send mass messages to online fans
Employees can now target online fans with mass messages for greater fan retention and engagement.
Set the price of your PPVs and send content to specific audiences based on your selected preferences, including:
Total spent: Target fans who have spent a certain amount on your content
Total tips: Focus on fans who have provided generous tips
Subscription length: Cater to short or long-term subscribers by acknowledging their continued support
Length of inactivity: Re-engage inactive fans by sending them customized mass messages
To narrow your audience further, you can exclude subscribed Creators and fans you've already messaged within a set period.
Stay updated with inbox notifications
We've integrated a series of icons in the inbox view for each Creator managed by your agency, designed to keep employees informed about various aspects of their accounts.
These icons enable employees to stay informed about the number of notifications, Share for Share (S4S) requests, and unread messages each Creator has received.
Importantly, the notifications icon highlights new subscribersโan integral element when monitoring Creator performance and growth. By providing at-a-glance information, employees can quickly prioritize tasks, leading to smoother management of fan interactions for multiple Creators.
Seamlessly message multiple fans with tabs
We've simplified messaging multiple fans by incorporating tabs into the messaging workflow, allowing you to prioritize the right fans to maximize your Creator's earning potential.
From the Messages page:
Click the expand icon on the top right to open a new messaging window
From All, select a fan conversation you want to include in your messaging window
Click the expand icon to add the conversation as a new message tab
Click on the expand icon to create a fan tab for the conversation
Improved media vault for better usability
We've made meaningful improvements to the Vault, enhancing its user-friendliness and introducing features for more effective organizing and PPV message management.
Employees can now arrange their Creator's vault content via tags and descriptions. This allows for more engaging fan interactions tailored to their content preferences.
