Creator notes

Use creator notes to record important details, set communication priorities, and create reminders when messaging fans. These notes help your team stay aligned and ensure every interaction is consistent, personalized, and well-informed.

One helpful way to use creator notes is by adding details about the creator’s style and preferences.

For example:

• What type of content do they create?

• How do they usually communicate with fans?

• Do they have a specific tone, theme, or approach they prefer?

These insights help your team craft messages that feel personal, consistent, and aligned with the Creator’s voice.

By sharing specific details about the creator, you'll not only optimize your workflow with your team but also be able to create deeper, more engaging messaging strategies.
