How to use Fan Signals

Heads up: Fan Signals currently include online status, lifetime spend and new fan indicators. Additional signals will be added in future updates.

When you’re managing multiple conversations at once, it helps to know which fans deserve your attention first. Fan Signals give you important context directly inside Messages Pro, helping you make faster decisions without opening every conversation.

In this version of Messages Pro, Fan Signals include:

  • Online status

  • Lifetime spend

  • New fan indicator

These signals appear alongside conversations, allowing you to quickly identify active and engaged fans.

Tip: Combine the online indicator with the Online inbox filter to quickly focus on active fans.


Check lifetime spend

Lifetime spend shows the total amount a fan has spent with the creator.

This helps you identify your highest-value fans without leaving the conversation.

Higher lifetime spend doesn’t always guarantee another purchase, but it can help your team prioritize conversations during busy periods.


Identify new fans

New fans are marked with a badge showing how recently they joined. Reaching out to new fans early can help build stronger relationships and increase engagement from the beginning.

The badge automatically updates over time as the fan becomes more established.
