Is Infloww available on mobile devices?

Unfortunately, Infloww is currently unavailable for mobile devices.

Is Infloww compatible with Chromebook?

Unfortunately, Infloww is not compatible with Chromebook.

Do you have dark mode?

Yes! You can enable dark mode by going to Your Preferences in Settings.

Here's how:

  • From the Your Preferences page

  • Go to Display and select the display mode (Dark Mode, Light Mode) you want to use

  • (Optional) Toggle Synchronize display settings to have the platform automatically match your preferences on Infloww

Why is Infloww running slow for me?

Make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements to run Infloww.

What version of Infloww am I on?

To know what version of Infloww you’re using, click on About Infloww. If you’ve disabled auto-update settings, click on Update to the latest version to update your client.

Can I change the language of the CRM?

No. Infloww currently only supports English as its default language.


However, you can change the language of any platform-related pages under OF Settings > General > Display.

How can I turn off notifications?


To turn off notifications:

  • Click the 🔔 icon to access your notifications

  • Click ⚙️ to access your notification settings

  • Adjust your settings accordingly

Do my employees need external tools to access Creators?

No. Infloww has a built-in proxy system. We assign a unique VPS to each creator to reduce the risk of having multiple employees working at the same time. The IP is based in the US and is static.

Why does Infloww keep updating? Is there a way to turn automatic updates off?

Currently, there is no option to turn off automatic updates in Infloww. By keeping the platform up-to-date automatically, it ensures that all users are using the most recent version, which helps maintain consistency and reduces the risk of compatibility issues.

Why are the videos in my vault not previewing?

This may be due to the Creator account having DRM video protection turned on.
