Common problems associated with agency and Creator accounts on Infloww

I just applied for Infloww. When will I receive access?

Once you register, you will have instant access to Infloww.

What happens when my free trial ends?

At Infloww, we want to ensure you a smooth transition after your free trial ends. Here is what you can expect:

  • We'll send you a reminder to add your billing information in Billing Settings within two days after your trial has expired

  • If you don't add your billing information within 24 hours, your account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons

  • After 10 days, Infloww will permanently delete any Creators that you've added to the Agency CRM

However, by adding your billing settings, you can seamlessly continue working with Infloww. Once the settings are confirmed, we'll send you an email to ensure you're all set and ready to go.

Why am I getting an error message that says that the email of my employee is used?

This means that the employee is already registered to Infloww under a different agency. To resolve this, ask your employee to create a new email address and register with that account.

Why am I unable to link my Creator account? It says the account is under another agency.

This could mean one of two things:

  1. The Creator account is still linked to another Agency that previously used Infloww but is no longer active with us.

    1. Get the Creator to change their OF password, which unlinks their account

    2. Get the Creator to log onto the platform and close all sessions

  2. The Creator account is still linked to another agency that is currently using Infloww

    1. Contact the agency or Creator to let them know about the issue. Once the Creator is removed from the agency, you can connect it to yours.

    2. Get the Creator to change their OF password, which unlinks their account

    3. Get the Creator to log onto the platform and close all sessions

Note: A linked Creator means that the account is logged in, active, and linked to an agency on Infloww.

Why am I unable to log in to Infloww Agency CRM?

If you are trying to log in on the website instead of the app, this could be the issue. Once your account is activated, you'll need to download our desktop application on your device.

My Creator account requires Face ID verification. What should I do?

To assist with account verification, we offer the Login+ App, a tool designed for accessing your Creator account on Infloww. Follow these steps to use the Login+ App.

Do I need to install TestFlight on my iPhone to use Infloww?

If your Creator uses Infloww's Login+ feature to authenticate their account, they'll need to have TestFlight installed in order to have the app run properly on iOS.

Why didn't I receive an activation email from Infloww Agency CRM?

If you have not received an activation email from [email protected], please check your Spam and Promotions folder. If no email exists, follow these steps to whitelist Infloww with your provider.

I can't access my account

If your account isn't suspended or disabled and you are having trouble accessing your account, this may be due to a server issue on the platform's end.

If you still can't access your account let us know, and we'll connect you with one of our agents to get you sorted.

Why was my account suspended?

This could be due to one of three reasons:

  • Your payment is overdue

  • Your free trial has ended

  • Your account was flagged for recurringly violating our Content Policy

My account is disabled because I missed a payment

If your account is disabled due to a missed payment, reach out to our support team via chat or email ([email protected]), and we'll reopen your account for 24 hours.

Once you regain access:

  • Go to Settings and click on Billing

  • Find the overdue invoice and click on Make a Payment

  • Once you've paid, send us proof of payment

Can I migrate the agency owner email address?

To change the registered email address of the reagency owner, the current owner needs to reach out to our support team via our Support chat or through email ([email protected]).

Why can't I log in with Infloww+?

If the Creator is prompted for a verification code while Login+ is installed, this may be due to installing Login+ before downloading TestFlight (on iOS). Delete the Login+ app and install TestFlight first to resolve the issue.

If the Creator encounters a login error, this may be due to the agency not adding the Creator to the CRM. Contact the agency manager to add the account to Infloww Agency CRM to resolve the issue.

I forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password, we’ve made it easy for you to recover your account and regain access to our Agency CRM.

From the login screen:

  • Click on Forget password?

  • Next, enter the email address associated with your account.

If your account is registered with Infloww Agency CRM, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Note: If you have not received an email address within the hour, please check your Spam and Promotions folder, or contact our Support team for assistance.
