Infloww's Platform Manager is a powerful tool that allows agencies to manage their Creator accounts more effectively.

To navigate the manager, click on the sidebar on the left-hand side of the application screen and click on the Platform Manager dropdown section.

From there, you can access various sections of the Platform Manager without even opening your browser! These sections include everything from the Creator profile to messages to the vault.

Note: Infloww's integration is limited to managing content, messages, and interactions. While agencies and their Creators can add or change their banking details directly on the platform, this functionality is not available through Infloww.


Here's a breakdown of each feature:

Creating new posts

To create new posts, agencies can click on New Post from the Platform Manager menu. This will direct you to the homepage, where you can compose a new post on behalf of the Creator your agency manages.

Accessing notifications

Similarly, clicking Notifications from the Platform Manager menu will direct you to the notifications page. This will bring up a list of all recent notifications, including new subscribers, tips, and messages.

Viewing and creating messages

Infloww's upgraded messaging platform offers a range of intuitive tools designed to streamline communication and improve fan interaction.

These features include messaging widgets, fan tags, scripts, and third-party integrations to further personalize your messages with fans—all aimed at boosting PPV revenue, fan engagement, and retention.

By clicking Messages, you’ll be directed to a list of all recent messages, including the name of each sender and the message preview.

You can also filter fan DMs by custom tags (e.g. 🌟$, With Tips, English) and filter categories (All, Priority, Unread, Unread with Tips, and Oldest/Newest first) to hone in on the specific followers you want to target.

Agencies can set mass messages to reach out to a large group of followers at once, making it easier to promote new content or send out announcements. The automated welcome and thank you messages make it easy to engage with new followers and show appreciation for their support.

Accessing collections

Collections let you access all of your saved content, including fan lists, bookmarks, and post labels.


Each category will appear in its respective scrollable feed and will display your content saved content in chronological order based on when it was posted rather than the order in which it was saved.

Accessing the vault

Agencies can access their Creators’ individual vaults directly from the Infloww Agency CRM. This will bring up a list of all stored media, including videos, GIFs, and photos.

Accessing the queue calendar

Agencies can view all scheduled posts, messages, and streams for each Creator, including the publishing date and time.

Accessing and creating lists

Access and create lists directly from the Infloww Agency CRM. This will bring up a view of all saved lists, bookmarks, and post labels, including saved subscribers and tags.

Viewing and downloading statements

Agencies can access their Creators’ statements from Infloww, allowing you to view and download a summary of their earnings and payouts, including detailed breakdowns of earnings by day, week, and month.

How to download Creator statements

To download a statement:

  • From the Manager on the left-hand menu, click Statements

  • Click the download icon on the top right corner

  • Once prompted, select one or multiple Creators

  • Enter your desired earnings date range

  • Click Download to confirm

Creator statistics

Accessing Creator statistics from Infloww will bring up a dashboard view of all relevant data, including fan growth, earnings, reach, and engagement rates.

With this information, you can tailor content to better suit the audience of each Creator’s interests and preferences, leading to higher engagement rates, increased audience retention, and earnings.

Creator profile

Want to see what your Creator’s page looks like? Agencies can access and edit a managed Creator’s profile directly from Infloww.

By clicking on My Profile on the Infloww Agency CRM, you’ll have direct access to your client’s profile so you can edit their profile picture, bio, and other information without having to open another window.

Creator settings

With Infloww's Agency CRM, you can easily access and edit your managed Creators' account settings, notification preferences, and other relevant options.

Simply click on Settings from the Manager via the sidebar menu. This feature provides a centralized and streamlined way for agencies to manage Creator accounts and ensure their preferences are up-to-date.
