How to add Creators

Adding Creator accounts that you manage on Infloww easy.

To add a Creator:

  • From the Manage Creators page, click on + Add Creator

  • Click on Add material to attach a headshot

  • Enter the Creator’s name

  • Select their gender (Male, Female, Trans Man, Trans Woman)

  • Include any additional notes

  • Assign the Creator to an employee

Stay connected with Auto-Login

Once you add a Creator to Infloww, Auto-Login plays an essential role in ensuring they stay connected for a smooth user experience.

Auto-login enables Infloww to automatically log in and reconnect a Creator’s account to the platform when it detects that the account has been dropped. This feature ensures better uptime and prevents unexpected situations where your team is unable to chat because the account is unlinked.

Note: All passwords are stored with the highest level of encryption behind an AWS firewall. Only lead developers have internal access to these passwords.

Linking Creator account

Once you add a Creator, you'll need to link their account to use Infloww.

To link a Creator:

  • From the Manage Creators page, click on Link Account

  • Enter the Email and Password associated with the Creator's account(s) to log in

  • Infloww will pull their data directly from the platform. Click Save to link the account with Infloww.

Once a Creator account is linked, they're automatically assigned a unique Infloww proxy.

For added security and convenience, agencies can also use their own custom proxies for each Creator without having to filter their usage through Infloww's network. All it takes is to submit a request to our team to use a custom proxy.

Keeping accounts secure

Infloww recognizes the importance of security and convenience for Creators and Agencies. We support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and provide a seamless solution for Face ID verification.

About link statuses

Link statuses tell you whether a managed Creator’s account has successfully linked, unsuccessfully linked, or unlinked to Infloww.

About Creator groups

Use creator groups (like Group A, Group B, etc.) to easily categorize and manage your Creators. This simplifies the process of managing tasks, such as assigning Creators to employees, managing shifts, using growth tools, and viewing reports.

How to add or edit Creator groups

Here's how to segment your Creators into groups and subgroups.

  • From the Manage Creators page, click the arrow to open the Creator group panel

  • Click the "⋮" next to your account or group name

  • Click Add sub-group or Edit an existing group

  • Enter the Group name (Group A, Group B, etc.)

  • Once finished, click Submit

Filtering your Creators with groups

After assigning Creators to your groups, you can filter them while using Infloww's growth tools, such as link campaigns, scripts, auto follow, and smart tags. You can also apply filters when assigning shifts and viewing reports.

Here's how to filter your Creators when using our growth tools and reports:

  • From the Creator sidebar, click on the dropdown icon to show your groups

  • Select a group

  • Once selected, the Creator sidebar will only show Creators under that group

Searching for Creator accounts

For agencies that manage multiple accounts, the Manage Creators page simplifies finding the specific Creator account you need to work.

It offers various filter tools to help you locate your Creators, such as the ability to search by Creator name, account status, employee, and link status.
