Owners and administrators can use role permissions to control access to mym Messages Pro, mym Vault Pro, and Scripts.
This helps your team access the tools they need while limiting sensitive actions such as deleting media or changing the approved Scripts library.

Permissions can control whether a user can:
Access mym Messages Pro
Upload media from a device
Mute notifications for a fan
If access to mym Messages Pro is disabled, the user cannot open the professional mym chatting workspace.
mym Vault Pro
Permissions can control whether a user can:
Access mym Vault Pro
Upload media to Vault Pro
Delete media
Vault Pro and Messages Pro permissions are managed separately. A user needs access to both tools to browse Vault Pro and send its media from a conversation.
Scripts
Permissions can control whether a user can:
View the Scripts library
Add Scripts
Edit and reorder Scripts
Delete Scripts
Edit Script tags
Import Scripts from another creator
Import Scripts from Excel
When a role does not have permission for an action, the corresponding option is hidden.
Update role permissions
Open Settings
Select Role Settings
Choose the role you want to edit
Locate the mym Messages Pro, mym Vault Pro, and Scripts permissions
Enable or disable the access and actions the role needs
Select Save
The updated permissions apply to users assigned to that role.
Understand creator access
Feature permissions and creator data permissions work together.
A user can only access creators included in their data permissions. If they can open Messages Pro but do not have access to the same creator’s Scripts or Vault Pro, the related tool may display a no-permission state or no data.
Review both role permissions and creator assignments if a team member cannot find a tool or library they expect to use.
Recommended role setup
The right setup depends on how your team works, but these guidelines can help:
Give chatters access to Messages Pro and permission to view approved Scripts
Limit Script creation, imports, deletion, and tag management to the people maintaining the library
Give chatting roles Vault Pro access when they need to find and send existing content.
Limit media upload and deletion permissions to trusted roles
Review permissions whenever a team member changes roles or responsibilities
