mym Vault Pro™

Organize your media library and send content faster while chatting.

Written by Andrea

Vault Pro helps you organize your mym media library so you can quickly find and send content without interrupting your conversations.

Instead of searching through folders or wondering whether you’ve already sent a particular photo or video, Vault Pro keeps your media organized and displays helpful labels while you chat.

Whether you’re managing a handful of files or thousands of media items, Vault Pro helps your team work more efficiently.

Upload media

Before using Vault Pro, you’ll need to upload your media library.

To upload media:

  1. Open Vault Pro.

  2. Select Add media.

  3. Choose the files from your computer.

  4. Wait for the upload to finish.

Organize your media

Once your media has been uploaded, you can update information individually or in bulk.

You can edit:

  • Labels

  • Notes

  • Suggested price

  • Media name

Giving your media descriptive names and keeping your library organized makes it much easier to find content while chatting.

Bulk edit media

If you’re uploading multiple files, you don’t have to edit each one individually.

Vault Pro supports bulk editing, allowing you to update several media items at the same time.

Bulk editing is useful when:

  • Applying the same label to multiple files

  • Updating suggested prices

  • Adding notes to an entire content set

  • Renaming similar media

This can save significant time when managing large libraries.

Tip: Organize your media as soon as you upload it. A well-maintained library makes it much faster to find content during busy chatting sessions.

Send media while chatting

Vault Pro is available directly inside Messages Pro. While chatting with a fan, open Vault Pro to browse your media library without leaving the conversation.

This allows you to quickly find and send content while keeping the conversation flowing.

Understand Vault labels

Vault labels help you understand a fan’s history with a piece of content before sending it.

Purchased

The fan has already purchased this media.

Sent

The media has previously been sent to the fan.

Unsent

The media has not been sent to the fan.

Free

The media was previously shared with the fan for free.

These labels make it easier to avoid sending duplicate content and provide a better experience for your fans.

Tip: Check Vault labels before sending media to avoid offering content a fan has already purchased.

Search your Vault

Use the search bar to quickly locate media while chatting.

For the best search experience, keep your media names clear and descriptive when uploading new content.

Manage Vault Pro permissions

Owners/administrators can control which team members have access to Vault Pro through user permissions.

Granting Vault Pro access allows a team member to browse the media library, search for content and send media while chatting in Messages Pro.

Give a team member access to Vault Pro

To enable Vault Pro for a team member:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Role Settings.

  3. Choose the team member you’d like to update.

  4. Under Menus, locate mym Vault Pro.

  5. Enable the permission.

  6. Select Save.

Once the permission has been enabled, the team member will be able to access Vault Pro for mym creators they already have permission to work with.

Tip: Vault Pro and Messages Pro permissions are managed separately. If a team member needs to send media while chatting, make sure they have access to both mym Messages Pro and mym Vault Pro.

Remove Vault Pro access

To remove access, follow the same steps above and disable mym Vault Pro before saving your changes.

Once removed, the team member will no longer be able to browse or send media through Vault Pro.

Best practices

As your library grows, consider these recommendations:

  • Use clear, descriptive media names.

  • Keep notes short but meaningful.

  • Apply labels consistently across your library.

  • Review your suggested prices periodically to ensure they’re up to date.

Good organization makes searching much faster when you’re chatting with fans.
