Scripts let your team save reusable messages for common questions, sales flows, greetings, and follow-ups. Instead of writing the same message repeatedly, you can find a Script, insert it into the conversation, personalize it, and send it.
Each mym creator has their own Scripts library, helping your team keep messages aligned with the creator’s voice and offers.
Use a Script while chatting
Open a conversation in mym Messages Pro
Select Scripts in the message area, or use the Scripts keyboard shortcut shown in Messages Pro
Search or browse the creator’s Script library
Select a Script to preview it
Insert the Script into the message field
Personalize the message for the fan, then send it
Tip: Treat Scripts as a starting point. A small personalized detail can make a saved reply feel more natural and relevant.
Manage Scripts
To open the full library:
Open Scripts from a conversation
Select Manage Scripts
Choose the mym creator whose library you want to manage
Depending on your permissions, you can:
View and search Scripts
Create a Script
Edit or delete a Script
Reorder Scripts
Add or remove tags
Import Scripts from another creator
Import Scripts from an Excel file
Changes are available to team members who have permission to use the creator’s Scripts.
Create a Script
Open the creator’s Scripts library
Select Add Script
Add a clear name so your team can find it quickly
Enter the message content
Assign any relevant tags
Save the Script
Use names that describe the purpose of the message, such as “New subscriber greeting,” “PPV follow-up,” or “Custom request questions.”
Organize Scripts with tags
Tags make a large Script library easier to browse and search. You can create tags for conversation stages, offers, campaigns, or tone.

Keep tag names short and use the same structure across the creator’s library.
Import Scripts
If you already have approved messages, you can add them in bulk instead of recreating them one by one.
Depending on your permissions, you can:
Import from another creator to reuse an existing library as a starting point
Import from Excel to add multiple Scripts at once
After importing, review the Script names, text, tags, prices, and creator-specific details before your team uses them.
Scripts permissions
Owners and administrators can control who can view and manage mym Scripts from Settings > Role Settings.
Script permissions can control access to:
View the library
Add, edit, or delete Scripts
Edit tags
Import from another creator
Import from Excel
If you can use Scripts in a conversation but cannot create or edit them, ask an owner or administrator to review your role permissions.
