Getting started with mym Messages Pro

Manage more conversations from a single workspace.

Written by Yarianni

Messages Pro gives you a faster, more organized way to chat with fans on mym. Instead of switching between conversations in the standard inbox, you can keep multiple chats open, identify priority fans, translate conversations, and use saved scripts without leaving your workspace.

Whether you’re chatting as a creator or as part of an agency team, Messages Pro helps you stay organized, respond consistently, and make more informed decisions during every conversation.

With Messages Pro, you can:

  • Keep multiple fan conversations open at once

  • Switch between creators without losing your place

  • Filter your inbox to find online fans, unread conversations, and private content requests

  • Use Fan Signals to identify high-priority conversations from the inbox

  • Open Fan Insights to understand a fan’s spending and subscription behavior

  • Translate incoming and outgoing messages with AI Translator

  • Insert saved Scripts to reply faster and more consistently

  • Add Creator Notes for your team

  • Find and send media from Vault Pro without leaving the conversation

  • Send PPVs using the creator’s configured currency

  • Receive push notifications for important mym activity

Opening Messages Pro

  1. Select mym platform inside Infloww

  2. Choose Messages Pro

  3. Open a creator and a conversation to begin chatting

Get familiar with the workspace

Messages Pro is designed so you can spend less time navigating and more time chatting.

The workspace includes:

  • Creator tabs to move between creators

  • Fan tabs to keep priority conversations open

  • Inbox filters to quickly find conversations that need attention

  • Fan Signals to show useful context directly in the inbox and on fan tabs

  • A conversation panel where you can send messages, PPVs, and media

  • A Fan Insights panel with spending and subscription information

  • AI Translator for conversations in 30+ languages

  • Scripts for fast, consistent replies

  • Vault Pro for finding and sending content without leaving the chat

As you continue using Messages Pro, you’ll be able to build a workflow that works best for your team.

Tip: If you manage creators across multiple platforms, you can keep mym, Fansly, and OnlyFans Messages Pro open at the same time.

Prioritize the right fans

Fan Signals give you useful information before you open a conversation. Depending on the fan’s activity, you may see their online status, lifetime spend, spending power, subscription status, request progress, or recent purchase and message activity.

When you need more context, open Fan Insights to review the fan’s spending behavior and subscription information.

See How to use Fan Signals [link] and How to use Fan Insights [link] for more information.

Chat across languages

AI Translator helps your team translate incoming and outgoing messages in 30+ languages from Messages Pro. Your agency can also configure a shared prompt to guide tone, formatting, slang, and vocabulary.

See How to use AI Translator in mym Messages Pro [link] for a quick guide.

Reply faster with Scripts

Scripts let your team create and organize reusable messages for common conversations and sales flows. Open the Scripts library from a conversation, find the right message, personalize it, and send it without retyping the same reply.
