Multi-window provides chatting teams with a smarter, more efficient workflow. It allows agents to manage multiple creators and fan conversations in parallel—without missing notifications, losing context, or experiencing the delays typical of switching between tabs in Message Pro.
How does it work?
For Creators
You can open individual creators or groups of creators in separate windows.
Option 1 (Menu): Open your first Message Pro window from the navigation menu and select your creators. To open a second window, click the arrow icon next to "Message Pro" in the menu.
Note: There is no set limit on the number of windows you can open. If performance begins to lag, we suggest closing unused Message Pro windows—similar to managing tabs in a web browser—to restore responsiveness and speed.
Option 2 (Tab): Open new windows directly from an active session. Right-click on a creator’s tab and select Open in a new window.
If you have multiple Messages Pro windows open and you restart the Infloww application only the creator from the last window closed will be automatically restored in the new session.
For Fan Conversations
To focus on a specific high-value interaction, you can open an individual fan chat in its own window.
How to open: Right-click on a fan in the Fan List and select Open in a new window.
Note: There is no set limit on the number of windows you can open. If performance begins to lag, we suggest closing unused Message Pro windows—similar to managing tabs in a web browser—to restore responsiveness and speed.
System requirements:
While performance varies based on your specific device, we have provided the following benchmarks to help you estimate your system’s capacity. These examples demonstrate the resource usage for 10 concurrent windows on standard configurations.
Mac
Processor (CPU): 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
Memory (RAM): 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
10 concurrent windows:
Total App memory: ~1,171.9 MB
Total CPU load: ~26.9%
Windows
Processor (CPU): Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F @ 2.90 GHz
