I have multiple automated messages live. Will a fan receive multiple messages? | If a fan meets the criteria to receive multiple messages, there's a hierarchy in place that determines which one they'll receive.
The hierarchy is:
For example, if the fan is nearing expiring but it's their birthday today – they'll only receive the birthday message. |
What does viewed media include? Does it include media a fan might watch in the story? | Media viewed includes free messages to fans and unlocked PPV messages.
