How do I set up Welcome Messages on Infloww?
To set up Welcome Messages:
From the left-hand menu, go to Growth
Then click on Welcome Messages
Choose the time interval that your welcome messages will be sent between
Then click on Add Auto-message(s), then click on + New line
Create your message to new fans
(Optional) Add any media files and set your message price
(Optional) Tag another Creator
Once done, click Save
Can I have more than one welcome message live at one time?
Yes, you can have multiple welcome messages live at one time.
What order do welcome messages send if there's more than one?
If Active, your welcome messages will be sent out in a random order, no matter how many there are.
Can I pause an auto-message from being sent out?
All new auto-messages are automatically set as Active. If you don't want a welcome message sent out, change the status to Paused.
To change your auto-messages status:
From your welcome messages table, go to Actions
Click on Pause
Are different welcome message lines sent out with the delays?
Yes, all auto-messages are sent out with delays.
How do I set up auto-messages for Expired and Expiring fans?
To create an auto-message for expiring and expired fans:
Select the audience group (Any expiring/expired fans, Freeloaders, Small spenders, Big Spenders)
Click +New line to create one or more message lines
(Optional) Add any media files and set your message price
Once done, click Save
Under Add follow-up message, click +New line to create a follow-up message
(Optional) Add any media files and set your message price
Once done, click Save
Do fans get follow-up messages when resubscribing or activating auto-renew?
Fans get a follow-up message each time they resubscribe and their payment is processed.
If a fan's subscription expires at the end of the month, will they receive multiple auto-messages?
Fans who resubscribe will receive a follow-up message if you have set it up in your expiring fans auto-message settings.
Can I add sensitive words to the database?
Yes. You can add and import your own custom words to Infloww's sensitive word database, ensuring a safer and more tailored experience.
