By linking a fan account, you can upload multiple files at once without having to open your inbox.

Instead, Vault Pro automates this for you and removes the need to manually send content in a conversation whenever you want to upload to the platform's vault.

With Vault Pro, you can:

  • Upload multiple media files at once

  • Batch-edit or assign

    • Categories

    • Tag co-Creators

    • Hashtags

    • Notes

    • Suggested prices

  • Search, filter, and sort media based on their categories, hashtags, and notes

  • And review each file's interaction and purchase history for each fan in Messages Pro

Linking your fan account

Before you can start uploading your content, you'll have to link your fan account to Vault Pro. Linking your fan account automates the upload process, saving you time when adding content to the vault.

Here's how to link your fan account to the Vault

  • From the Vault Pro page, click on + add media

  • Then, add the OnlyFans fan account the content will be sent to

Note: Linking your fan account is necessary to upload your media files. Once linked, Vault Pro will use this account to automate the upload of your content.

Bulk-uploading media

Once you've linked your fan account, you can bulk-upload content directly to your Creator account's vault.

Here's how you can bulk-upload content

  • From the Vault Pro page, click on + Add media

  • Then, drag and drop media file(s) to the "Add media" section or select them from your computer

  • Add categories, hashtags, notes, descriptions, and suggested prices to each file in the upload list

  • If your media features other Creators, tag a co-Creator

  • Once done, click Bulk upload

Once you start uploading, you'll receive status updates for each media file, which will allow you to track your uploads more clearly.

Accessing Vault Pro in Messages Pro

In Messages Pro, Vault Pro makes it easier to see all the key details you need to know when creating your PPV messages.

In the Vault Pro window, you will find a concise summary of important information for each media file in the vault. This includes the most recent sending and purchase status —seen via a red icon on the top left of an image thumbnail—the last price it was sent for, as well as any notes and tags assigned to it.

You can search for content in Vault Pro by:

  • Hashtag

  • Keyword from the Note added to the content

  • Previous PPV caption

In Messages Pro, Vault Pro helps you craft better messaging strategies by providing:

  • Easy access to all relevant details and history, ensuring each PPV message is accurate, timely, and well-targeted.

  • Consistency in messages by offering a complete history of interactions.

  • Efficiency through quick edits and updates without switching pages.

  • Personalization by showing detailed notes and tags for each media file.

  • Performance tracking to understand what works best and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Organization of media files for easy access and use in messages.

Viewing and editing media details

Hovering over the ⓘ icon on a media card in the Vault Pro window will give you at-a-glance information, such as media notes and any tags the content is assigned.

On the other hand, clicking on the edit icon lets you adjust media details without having to switch between pages.

To edit media details:

  • Choose the media file you want to edit, then click the ⓘ icon

  • Change or assign new co-Creators, categories, hashtags, notes, or suggested price.

  • Once done, exit the Media details window to confirm.

Viewing media history

Clicking the price icon on the top left of the media card will show the media's history, including the last time it was:

  • Purchased

  • Sent (free or paid)

  • Unsent (free or paid)

  • Posted in feed

Each interaction will also show the total price it was sent, unsent, or purchased for, as well as its corresponding date.

If the icon is highlighted in red, this means that the media was posted and viewed by the fan, or unlocked as a free/paid PPV message. This gives you better visibility over the content you share, so you can avoid double-sending.

By providing easy access to all relevant details and history, Vault Pro helps you craft more informed and effective messaging strategies.

Unsending vault media

Here's how to unsend media you've sent as a PPV message from the vault:

  • From the vault, choose the media file you want to unsend

  • Click on the unsend icon on the lower left of the media thumbnail
