Common S4S problems when using Infloww Agency CRM

Updated over a week ago

Why was my S4S canceled?

Your scheduled post could not be published due to a number of possible reasons, including:

  • The post may have been deleted

  • There were no posts available for publishing

  • The post could have been archived

  • The post may have been edited, causing a discrepancy

  • The Creator account was not linked to Infloww during the scheduled publishing date

As well, make sure your content follows Infloww's and the platform's content policies.

Is there a limit to how many Share for Shares I can post per day?

Due to recent changes to the platform's content policy, there is a limit of 3 #ad posts within a 24-hour period. Previously, this limit only applied to #ad posts with links, but it now applies to all #ad posts, including S4Ss.

My account was flagged

If you’ve received a notification—via the Infloww app or email—that your account has been flagged, there may be a few reasons why:

  • You deleted a post directly on the platform before the S4S was over

  • You edited a post directly on the platform before the S4S was over

  • Your post violated our Community Guidelines

  • Your post was reported as spam

  • Your post was reported for containing stolen material

  • Your post was reported for inappropriate content

If you think your account was incorrectly flagged, please contact our support team via chat or through email.

Why was my post rejected?

There are multiple reasons why your post may have been rejected by the Infloww compliance team. See our content policy for more information.

Why does Infloww say my post contains banned or restricted words?

To ensure the safety of the Infloww community, Infloww Agency CRM automatically detects the use of banned or restricted words.

We strictly prohibit any content that violates our terms of service, including racist and harmful language, as well as any language that may allude to minors.
