Common questions and problems related to hardware and network connectivity on Infloww

Updated over a week ago

Why are mass messages taking so long to send?

The mass message feature is native to the platform and is separate from Infloww's Message Online Fans feature. If you're experiencing long sending times with your mass messages, this can possibly be due to a server issue on the platform's end.

I'm having trouble uploading images and videos

Every media file you upload via posts or messages will be synced to the Vault, which is a built-in feature on the platform's side. This is a feature that Infloww is unable to control.

However, this may also be due to your device affecting how efficiently your media uploads.

One possible solution is to manage the disk space in your computer and close any additional apps running at the same time. This is often a common issue that causes RAM overload and overheating.

If that isn't the case, you'll need to reach out to the platform for assistance.

Can I run Infloww using Windows 32-bit?

No. Infloww is only compatible with Windows 8–11 64-bit operating systems.

Does Infloww have a built-in VPN? How does it work?

We have a built-in proxy system that assigns a unique virtual private server (VPS) to each Creator to reduce the risk of having multiple employees working at the same time. The IP is based in the US and is static.

Can I add my own proxy to Infloww Agency CRM?

Yes! For added security and convenience, agencies can use their own custom proxies for each Creator without having to filter their usage through Infloww's network.

To apply:

  • Under Creators on the left-hand menu, click on Manage Creators

  • From the Manage Creators page, under Actions, click Edit

  • From the Add or Edit Creator window, click Learn More under Network proxy, and click on Apply now

  • Fill out your proxy information (including host name, and port number)

  • Once finished, click Submit application

Note: To use a different custom proxy, you'll need to submit a new request.

Why is my connection to Infloww so slow?

Try running a speed test and check to see which network works best for your system. If you're still experiencing issues, try restarting your internet modem or router.

How to disable hardware acceleration

Hardware acceleration uses your GPU to improve performance. This setting is enabled by default.

If you're experiencing stability issues and crashes, try disabling hardware acceleration.

To disable hardware acceleration, follow these steps:

  • From the Settings page, go to Your Preferences

  • Under Advanced options, toggle Hardware acceleration off

  • Restart Infloww

Note: To apply changes after disabling hardware acceleration, you'll need to restart Infloww.

When my employees try to send a message to online fans, the message fails to send

If one or multiple employees are having trouble sending messages to online fans, this may be due to a network issue.

To resolve this, have the employee complete a Network Report:

  • From the top exploration bar, click on Network Report

  • Write in the Affected Creator name, and select which Issue you're experiencing

  • Once finished, click Send report

We will contact you once we receive your report.

Why am I receiving a timeout error message in Infloww Agency CRM?

This could be a network issue. Try running a speed test to see which network works best for your system. If you're still experiencing issues, try restarting your internet modem or router.

I'm having trouble applying for a custom proxy

If you're experiencing issues when applying for a custom proxy, this may be due to a few reasons:

  • You're entering the wrong hostname (mydevice.example.com) and/or port number (808)

  • You're entering the wrong username and/or password

  • The proxy is unavailable

  • The proxy is already in use

When applying for a custom proxy, please make sure the information you enter is correct.

Why does it say the proxy is unavailable?

If your proxy is unavailable, this may be due to a few reasons:

  • Connection issues: The proxy might be experiencing connectivity problems, preventing it from establishing a connection with the server. Please check the connection to ensure it's stable.

  • Server downtime: The server hosting the proxy service could be temporarily unavailable or undergoing maintenance. Please verify if the network is under maintenance.

  • Exceeding usage limits: There could be restrictions on the number of requests or data usage associated with the proxy, and if these limits are exceeded, the proxy may become temporarily unavailable. Please review if you've exceeded any usage limits.

Why does it say the proxy was used on another Creator?

Proxies are assigned to a specific Creator for security and resource management reasons.

If the proxy was used by another Creator, it means that the same proxy IP address was recently associated with a different user account.

If you believe that this shouldn't be the case, please:

  • Ensure that you are using the correct proxy credentials

  • If you suspect any unauthorized activity, change your account credentials promptly
