Common questions related to billings and payments on Infloww

I just finished my trial. How do I continue using Infloww?

Once you've finished your trial, if you want to continue using Infloww Agency CRM as a paid service, all you need to do is add your billing information.

To add your billing information:

  • From the Settings page, click on Billing

  • Click on Billing details

  • Add or edit the company’s legal name, email address, street address, and all other necessary information

  • (Optional) You can enter an alternate email address, separate from your Infloww account, to receive your invoices

  • Once finished, click Confirm to save

After you've confirmed your billing information, a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm your subscription status.

How can I pay for Infloww Agency CRM?

You can pay using the following methods

  • Credit card: For charges up to $5000.

  • Wire transfer (direct bank transfer): For charges above $5000.

Where can I find pricing information for Infloww Agency CRM?

We charge agencies based on the gross monthly earnings of each Creator account they manage. See our article on how billing and payments work on Infloww to learn more about pricing information.

To view the pricing information within the app, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings

  • Select Billing

  • Click on Pricing rates

Here, you can find our subscription fees and other pricing details.

When do I receive my invoices?

Your monthly invoice will be sent to you on the 3rd day of each month, and payment will be due on the 10th.

How do I change my invoice email address?

To change the email address you use to receive invoices:

  • From the Settings page, click on Billing

  • Click on Billing details

  • Update the email address with your preferred email

  • Click Confirm to save

Will I still be charged if a Creator has made no sales?

Any Creator with gross monthly earnings from $500 and under will be charged a flat fee of $15. This includes Creators that have not made any sales.

Is the monthly fee based on net or gross Creator earnings?

Agencies are charged based on the gross monthly earnings of each Creator account they manage.

A Creator has both a free account and a VIP account. Will the monthly fee be based on both accounts?

If a Creator has a free and VIP account, each account will be charged separately based on their gross monthly earnings.

What happens if I delete a Creator from Infloww? Will I still be charged?

If you remove a Creator from Infloww, their subscription fee will be pro-rated accordingly. This means you will only be charged for the portion of the subscription period during which the Creator was subscribed to Infloww.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

No, we only accept USD payments.

Do I need a VAT number and Tax ID?

You don't need to provide a VAT number or Tax ID.

Can I make payments with EUR instead of USD?

At the moment we do not offer payments in EUR.

Do I need to have a registered company to use Infloww?

No. You can pay for a subscription as an individual person or entity. To do so, you need to add your name as the company name as well as your address to your billing information in Billing details.

How do I pay with a credit card?

If you're paying with a credit card, select Pay by Credit Card when choosing your payment type.

You'll be directed to Card Billing to securely enter your credit card information and make the one-time payment.

Note: You can only use credit cards for payments up to $5000.

Is there a limit to how much I can pay with a credit card?

You can only make payments with a credit card for any charges up to $5000. For invoices above $5000, you're required to pay by Bank transfer.

Can I pay with a debit card?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via debit card at this time.

Can I pay with PayPal?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via PayPal.
