Received your first invoice on Infloww? Making payments on the Agency CRM is both flexible and easy

If you have an invoice from Infloww and need to pay it, our billing system is designed to be convenient.


You can make VAT-free partial or full payments on each invoice via Credit Card offering more flexibility in managing your finances.

Note: Agencies with invoices up to $5,000 USD can only pay via Credit Card.



How to pay for an invoice

To make a payment on Infloww:

  • Click on the Settings icon

  • Go to Billing

  • On the Billing page, click on Make a Payment on the invoice table

On the payment page, you’ll see a comprehensive overview of the payment period, the amount owed, the amount paid, and payment options.

From the payment page:

  • If you want to make a payment using referral earnings in your wallet, toggle Pay with Wallet

  • Click Pay at the bottom right of the screen

  • We only accept credit card payments up to $5000.

Note: If your invoice is only partially paid, be sure to complete the rest of the payment before the next billing cycle to prevent issues with your account.


Paying by credit card

Once you’ve chosen to use a credit card as your method of payment:

  • You’ll be directed to CardBilling in your external browser

  • Enter your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard)

  • Click Pay to make your payment

  • On Infloww, you’ll be prompted to confirm your payment

  • Click Yes to confirm

Note: Credit cards can only be used for payments of $5,000 or under. If you need to pay a larger bill, you’ll need to pay by bank transfer.


Do I need to provide a VAT number?

You do not need to provide a VAT number.

What are Infloww’s accepted payment methods?

Currently, Infloww accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard. We do not support PayPal at this time.

What subscription am I on?

You can find the status of your subscription from the My Account dashboard.
