Messages Pro permissions allow owners/administrators to control which team members can access mym's professional chatting workspace.
This helps ensure the right people have access to the tools they need while keeping account permissions organized.
Available permission
Messages Pro currently includes one permission:
mym Messages Pro
Users with this permission can access Messages Pro for mym creators.
If the permission is disabled, the user won’t be able to open Messages Pro for mym accounts.
Update user permissions
To manage permissions:
Open Settings.
Select Role Settings.
Choose the team member you’d like to edit.
Enable or disable mym Messages Pro.
Save your changes.
Tip: Review permissions regularly to ensure each team member only has access to the tools they need.
