Messages Pro is built for high-volume chatting. Instead of reopening conversations every time you switch between fans or creators, you can keep them open in tabs and move between them with a single click.
Using tabs helps reduce unnecessary navigation, making it easier to stay focused during busy chatting sessions.
Work with creator tabs
Every creator you open appears as its own tab across the top of Messages Pro.
Each creator tab shows:
The creator’s name
The total number of unread conversations
Unread counts update automatically, giving you a quick overview of which creators need attention.
Simply select another creator tab whenever you want to switch between creators.
Reorder creator tabs
You can drag and drop creator tabs to arrange them however you’d like. Many teams prefer to keep their busiest creators at the beginning of the tab bar, making them easier to access throughout the day.
You can reorder tabs whenever your priorities change.
Tip: Keep creators with the highest message volume at the beginning of the tab bar to reduce unnecessary switching.
Work with fan tabs
Every conversation you open appears as its own fan tab beneath the creator tabs.
Instead of returning to your inbox every time you need to reply, conversations remain open until you close them.
Each fan tab displays:
The fan’s name
Their online or offline status
The online indicator makes it easier to identify fans who are actively chatting, helping you prioritize conversations that are more likely to receive an immediate response.
Switch between conversations
Select any open fan tab to continue chatting with that fan.
Your drafts and conversation history remain available while you move between conversations, allowing you to manage several active chats without interrupting your workflow.
Best practices
If you’re handling a large number of conversations, try these tips:
Keep your highest-priority creators at the beginning of your creator tabs.
Leave active conversations open instead of reopening them from the inbox.
Combine tabs with inbox filters to quickly find conversations that need attention.
Prioritize fans who are currently online.
