Upgrading your Share for Share plan

Ready to upgrade? Here's how to upgrade your account on desktop or mobile

For desktop

  • From the dashboard, click on Subscribe

  • You’ll be prompted to Subscribe or Cancel

  • To confirm upgrading your plan, click on Subscribe

For mobile

  • From the mobile dashboard, click on your profile icon

  • From the My Account dashboard, click on Subscribe

  • You’ll be prompted to upgrade your account

  • Click on Subscribe again to confirm upgrading your account


Canceling your Share for Share plan

You can cancel your subscription from your account details via desktop or mobile

Here's how:

  • From the My Account dashboard, click on Details

  • From your subscription details, click on Cancel

  • You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation

  • Click Cancel again to confirm

By canceling your subscription, you’ll still have access to your current plan for the rest of the billing period.

Removing Creator account from Infloww

From the My Account dashboard:

  • Under Linked account, click on the account you want to remove

  • Click on the Delete

You’ll be prompted to confirm your selection. Click Delete again to confirm.

Switching Creator accounts on Infloww

From the My Account dashboard, under Linked account, click on Switch accounts to set your active profile.

Changing your Infloww password

From the My Account dashboard:

  • Click on Settings

  • You’ll be prompted with three options (Change password, Log out, and Cancel)

  • Click on Change password

  • Enter your new password and click Change password to confirm

Logging out of Infloww

From the My Account dashboard:

  • Click on Setting

  • You’ll be prompted with three options (Change password, Log out, and Cancel)

  • Click on Log out

  • Click on Log out again to confirm.
