What is the Shift Schedule feature?
The Shift Schedule feature makes it easy to assign shifts to Creators and their assigned employees. You can fully customize each shift by setting specific dates, times, and repetition rules. This way, your team always knows who’s working and when.
Whether you’re planning daily coverage or recurring weekly shifts, Shift Schedule gives you the control to manage availability with ease.
Let's start assigning and editing shifts.
Assigning multiple employees to the same shift
To assign multiple employees to a shift:
Go to the Settings menu and click on Sale Settings
In the Sale Settings page, you'll find a toggle option called "Allow multiple employees to work on the same shift for the assigned Creator." Turn it on.
Note: If there are multiple employees in a shift, the individual sales of each employee cannot be calculated through scheduling.
Setting up commonly used shifts
