We've provided agencies with an accessible way to customize how employee sales and earnings are calculated on Infloww based on their preferences.

Understanding attribution and reporting helps employees optimize their performance while clarifying discrepancies in earnings.

By following these steps, you can configure settings related to employee shifts, earnings types, mass messages, and employee sales.

To access Sales Settings

Go to Settings and click on Sales Settings

Set shift settings

Choose whether there will be multiple employees assigned to a single shift.

If there are multiple employees in a shift, the individual sales of each employee cannot be calculated through scheduling.

Agencies should ensure clear guidelines are established to manage the complexities of sales attribution in such scenarios.

Configure earnings types and rules

Employee sales can be calculated using different methods for each earnings type.

The available calculation options are:

Messages

Message earnings can be calculated based on:

  • Shift schedule: PPV messages attributed to a single employee during a given shift (not applicable when multiple employees are assigned to the same shift)

  • Message sender: The employee responsible for messaging a fan during a given period

  • Converters: The employee who sent the most recent message when the fan makes a payment

Posts

Post sales can be calculated in two ways:

  • Shift schedule: Post sales attributed to a single employee during a given shift (not applicable when multiple employees are assigned to the same shift)

  • Converters: The employees who sent the most recent message when the fan makes a payment

Tips

Tips can be calculated in two ways:

  • Shift schedule: Tips attributed to a single employee during a given shift (not applicable when multiple employees are assigned to the same shift)

  • Converters: The employee who sent the most recent message when the fan tips the Creator

Subscriptions, Streams & Referrals

Earnings from subscriptions, streams, and referrals are calculated based on shift scheduling and will be attributed to the employees assigned to the shift. This rule is not applicable when multiple employees are assigned to the shift.

Agencies can enable subscriptions in sales attribution settings to allow chatters to benefit from these revenues.

Note: Calculation methods for subscriptions, streams, and referrals, cannot be determined by the Message Sender or Converter.
