Managing multiple employees in a shared inbox can be overwhelming. With Infloww’s Split Inbox, you can divide a Creator’s inbox into up to 9 fan groups.

Employees can then filter Messages Pro to only see messages from their assigned fan group(s).

How to use Split Inbox

Split the Creator’s inbox into groups, then filter Messages Pro to only show assigned groups.

Choose the number of groups

A Creator’s inbox can be split into up to 9 groups. Newly subscribed fans are added to the groups sequentially.

*New subscribers are evenly distributed among the groups.

Split Inbox: Choose the number of groups

Assign employees to the groups

Let employees know which fan group they’re responsible for.

Filter the inbox

Employees can then filter Messages Pro to display only their assigned group(s):

Changing the number of groups

You can increase or decrease the number of fan groups at any time—but keep in mind that this will automatically redistribute fans across the updated groups:

  • If you increase the number of groups, fans will be randomly pulled from existing groups to fill the new ones.

  • If you decrease the number of groups, fans will be evenly redistributed among the remaining groups.

Moving fans to other groups

Managers can easily move fans to different groups* to balance the workloads or if one employee is stronger with certain types of fans.

Reassign fans to different groups

*A fan will remain in the same group unless:

  • A manager manually reassigns them

  • The number of groups change

Permissions

By default, Admin & Owner have permission to split the inbox. However, they can set this permission for other roles.

Employees can still view the full inbox but have the option to filter and view only the fan groups assigned to them.
