What is the sensitive words feature?

The Sensitive Words feature helps agencies and creators maintain compliance by automatically flagging or blocking messages that contain predefined terms or phrases. This is especially useful for staying within platform guidelines, protecting your creators, and ensuring communication remains safe and professional.

With Infloww's sensitive language blocker, you can relax knowing that every message and post you or your employees send is free from any language that could cause trouble for your agency and Creators.

Our automated system ensures that any language used follows the platform's strict content guidelines and will stop any post or message from being published.

This includes any message found in:

  • Posts

  • Scripts

  • DMs

  • Group messages

  • Mass messages / Message online fans

Our team actively manages this database. If, by chance, a message triggers a sensitive word alert that is not in our database, it will be automatically updated.

Exporting sensitive words to Excel

By clicking the Export Excel button, exporting your list of sensitive words enables you to:

  • Track changes: You can maintain a historical record of changes to your sensitive word list. This is essential for auditing purposes, allowing you to track when specific words were added or removed.

  • Review and update: The list can serve as a convenient reference for recurring reviews and updates to your sensitive word list, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the platform's evolving content guidelines.

Now that you’ve set up your sensitive words list, consider reviewing your agency’s communication policies to ensure comprehensive compliance.
