Maximize sales, enhance chat quality and grow fan relationships with Infloww AI Copilot.
Infloww AI Copilot is an AI-powered assistant designed to support chatting teams by managing multiple conversations and creating highly engaging one-on-one interactions with fans.
Using state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Copilot understands creator-fan conversations and generates contextual, natural-sounding responses in real-time based on ongoing interactions.
AI Copilot enhances conversation quality, improves response times, and increases the chances of PPV (Pay-Per-View) and media sales for both creators and employees.
AI Copilot offers four response categories based on the needs of scenarios: Casual, Re-engage, Tip Request, and Sexting.
If employees are not satisfied with the current suggestions, they can regenerate a new set of response options.
Getting the Most Out of AI Copilot
Idea generation: Use AI Copilot to come up with fresh ideas and keep the conversation engaging.
Multiple conversation management: Use AI Copilot to understand conversation context and respond to messages faster even when managing multiple creators at the same time.
Onboard new employees: Give new employees a helping hand during their ramp up time by taking care of message hygiene including typos and grammar.
Configuring AI Copilot
Before beginning to use AI Copilot you must ensure that the relevant permissions are assigned to your agency’s employees.
Assigning permissions to Manager roles
From your Infloww Home screen, select the settings button in the top left corner.
Navigate to Role Settings under the Settings menu.
Find the Manager role in the list of roles created for your organisation.
Select the Set Permissions option next to the Manager role.
This menu lists all the Infloww features that Managers currently have access to. Click the “+” sign next to Growth.
Check the box next to AI Copilot. You can set the level of permissions that Managers have access to by selecting specific capabilities of AI Copilot.
Click Save.
Assigning AI Copilot permissions to Employees
Once Managers obtain permission to access AI Copilot, they can then provide usage access to Employees.
From your Infloww Home screen, select the settings button in the top left corner.
Navigate to Role Settings under the Settings menu.
Find the role you want to assign AI Copilot permissions in the list of roles created for your organisation. Select the Set Permissions option next to the role.
This menu lists all the Infloww features that Managers currently have access to. Click the “+” sign next to OF Manager.
Under the Message Pro option, check the box next to AI Copilot to activate their permissions to use AI Copilot.
Click Save.
Removing AI Copilot permissions for Employees
From your Infloww Home screen, select the settings button in the top left corner.
Navigate to Role Settings under the Settings menu.
Find the role you want to remove AI Copilot permissions in the list of roles created for your organisation. Select the Set Permissions option next to the role.
This menu lists all the Infloww features that Managers currently have access to. Click the “+” sign next to OF Manager.
Under the Message Pro option, uncheck the box next to AI Copilot to deactivate their permissions to use AI Copilot.
Click Save.
Assigning AI Personas to Creators
Infloww AI Copilot allows you to personalize the AI assistant to match each creator’s preferences for more consistent responses.
To customize the AI Copilot for each creator:
Select the Growth menu from the Infloww main menu.
Scroll down to the AI Copilot submenu.
On the AI Copilot screen, find the creator you want to assign an AI persona to from the list of displayed creators. Click on the AI Persona option on the right.
Modify the characteristics of the AI persona assigned to the specific creator, including gender, age, timezone, and content tags.
Click Apply to confirm your changes.
AI Credits
AI Credits are units that allow you to utilize AI Copilot.
Each request for an AI-generated response consumes one credit.
To manage your credits, use the Infloww dashboard. Here, you can track remaining credits, allocate them to specific tasks or teams, and purchase additional credits as needed.
Free Credits Remaining: Shows the total number of free promotional credits still available.
Total Credits Used: Indicates the total number of credits consumed while using AI Copilot. Infloww will first use any remaining free credits before using any paid ones.
Credits to be Allocated: Displays the total number of credits available for use, including both free and paid credits.
Message Ratio: Measures the usage of AI Copilot by dividing the number of AI Copilot-generated messages by the total number of messages sent.
Buy AI Credits: Option to purchase additional AI credits.
Assigned Credits: Shows the number of AI credits allocated to each creator. Click the edit button to adjust the number of credits assigned per creator.
Purchasing AI Credits
You can purchase AI Credits as needed from within the Infloww app itself.
Click on Growth in the Infloww side menu and navigate to AI Copilot.
Click on Buy AI Credits on the top right corner of the screen.
In the AI Credits Pricing page, enter the number of credits you would like to purchase. AI Credits are priced at US$0.01 per credit which can be used to generate one set of responses.
You can also choose from the list of pre-populated credits on the right for a quick purchase.
The final amount to be charged will be updated automatically and displayed based on the number of credits requested.
Click on Buy Now.
In the Billing Information screen, enter the billing company and contact information.
Click Confirm after ensuring the details are correct to be redirected to the checkout page.
Enter your card details. Infloww supports all types of Visa and Mastercard cards. Click Pay.
Once the payment is successful you will receive a confirmation on the screen.
Close the window to go back to Infloww.
