New Payment Provider

Thanks to our transition to our new Spanish entity, Infinni Innovations S.A., we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with a new payment provider to simplify your billing experience. Here are the key changes and how they might affect you.

Key Changes:

  • Higher Throughput: Our new provider ensures a much smoother payment process with significantly fewer rejected transactions.

  • Increased Transaction Limit: The maximum transaction limit has now been raised to $5000 USD.

Payment Method Requirements:

  • Invoices Under $5000 USD: Must be paid by credit card.

  • Invoices Over $5000 USD: Must continue to be paid via wire transfer.
