About promotion campaigns
With our promotion campaign feature, you can create promos for your Creators directly from Infloww and automatically renew them when they expire.
Key insights let you track the number of times a promotion has been claimed and how much your Creator has earned from the campaign.
Creating a promotion campaign
Here's how you can create a promotion campaign:
Under Growth on the left-hand menu, click on Profile Promotion
Click Create promotion
Select the user type you want the campaign to target (New, Expired, or Both)
Select the promotion type (Free trial or First-month discount)
Choose your offer limit (No limits or up to 100 subscribers)
Choose when the offer expires (No expiration or up to 30 days)
(Optional) Write a message for your new campaign
Once finished, click Confirm to save
Note: There can only be one active campaign of the same type at the same time. Creating a new campaign for "New subscribers," "Expired subscribers," or both will result in existing campaigns being replaced.
How to automatically reactivate promotion campaigns
With Infloww, you can easily reactivate your promotional campaigns when they expire, making your growth strategies more efficient and streamlined.
From the Profile Promotion page, under Promotion campaigns:
Toggle auto-activate campaign: Enable to automatically renew your campaigns when they expire
Set the offer expiration: Use the offer expiration dropdown to set the number of days renewed campaigns will be active before expiring
Note: Pre-existing campaigns not created on Infloww will be added to the platform automatically and can be auto-renewed.
How to add new fans from promotion campaigns to lists
Once your campaigns are up and running, you can add new subscribers to pre-created lists. Here's how to add new fans gained from campaigns to lists.
From the Profile Promotion page, under Promotion campaigns:
Toggle the Add fans to list feature to automatically add new subscribers to a pre-created list of your choosing
Select the list that you want new fans to be added to
Note: Promotion campaigns are used to promote Creator profiles within the platform. To create promotions for external use, such as on platforms like TikTok, Discord, or Reddit, use Free Trial or Tracking links.

With free trial links, you can create promotions to attract new fans on platforms and forums like TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and more. Tracking links lets you monitor where your fans come from and their spending habits.
These promotions can be shared via direct messages (DMs), threaded discussions, or even by placing links in your Creators' bios on social media platforms, allowing you to reach potential fans through multiple avenues.
By using Infloww's tracking and free trial links, you can also monitor and evaluate the performance of your campaigns. With comprehensive insights, you can measure the success of your promotions and track your earnings and fan growth with precision.
Creating a free trial link
Here's how you can create a free trial link:
Under Growth on the left-hand menu, click on Free Trial Links
Click Create link
Choose your offer limit (No limits or up to 100 subscribers)
Choose when the offer expires (No expiration or up to 30 days)
Select the trial duration (up to 12 months)
Select the channel source for where you'll use the link (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Twitch)
(Optional) Choose the list you want to add the new fans to
Once finished, click Confirm to save
Creating a tracking link
Here's how you can create a tracking link:
Under Growth on the left-hand menu, click on Tracking Links
Click Create link
Name the link
Select the channel source for where you'll use the link (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Twitch)
(Optional) Choose the list you want to add the new fans to
Once finished, click Confirm to save
How to add new fans from tracking and trial links to lists
When creating your tracking or trial campaign links, you can add new fans to lists that you manage for easier segmentation and messaging.
To add a fan to the list:
Create a new campaign link
Under Add fans to list, click on the dropdown selection
Choose an existing list that you manage
Once finished, click Confirm to save
Infloww's campaigns let you automatically add fans to lists you've created on the platform to streamline your fan management workflow.
With new fans already segmented into lists, this makes it easier to send targeted messages, group messages, and mass messages.
How promo costs work
When creating free trial and tracking links, you can manually set the promo cost for each campaign to monitor fan activity, including engagement, total spending, subscriptions claimed, and more.
Here's how promo costs work:
Free trial links: Adding a promo cost to free trial links via the insights table allows potential fans to subscribe at a set price.
Tracking links: Adding a promotional cost via the insights table enables you to monitor the expenses associated with each shared link, such as how much you've spent to have the link shared on specific channels.
Deactivating active campaign links
Once a campaign is complete, you can easily deactivate their free trial, tracking, and promotion campaign links.
To deactivate a link:
Navigate to either the Free Trial Links, Tracking Links, or Profile Promotions page
In the campaign table, under Actions
Click Deactivate
You'll be prompted to confirm campaign deactivation
Click Deactivate to confirm
Note: Expired campaigns will automatically be hidden from the campaign list. To view expired campaigns, toggle the Expired switch.
Understanding promotion and tracking link campaign earnings
Infloww lets your team monitor the performance of every campaign with easy to understand earnings insights.
Here's how you can find your insights for promotion and tracking link campaigns:
From the Profile Promotion or Tracking Links page, go to the campaign insights table
Under Actions, click on Details for more information on the campaign link of your choice
Clicking on Details will show your tracked earnings, broken down into the following types:
Username: The name of the fan tracked by the campaign
Subs: The earnings gained from the fan's subscription fees
Posts: The earnings gained whenever the fan pays for a post
Messages: The earnings gained whenever the fan pays for a message
Streams: The earnings gained whenever the fan pays for the stream
Tips: The earnings gained whenever the fan tips the Creator
Total: The total earnings gained from all channels
Every fan gained through a promotion or campaign link will be tracked any time they engage with Creator, making it easy for you to track the performance of your engagement strategies.
