Learn how Infloww provides an easy-to-use and secure solution for Creator accounts requiring 2FA and Face ID verification

Updated over a week ago

Infloww recognizes the importance of security and convenience for Creators and agencies, which is why we support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and provide a seamless solution for Face ID verification through our Login+ mobile app.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Infloww supports 2FA, allowing Creators to input their authentication code directly into the CRM for an added layer of security.

Login+ mobile app for Face ID verification

Creators considered high-risk are required to verify their account via Face ID when logging in. Once verified, they can select “remember me for 30 days” to delay the next verification.

To make the verification process more accessible, we’ve created the Login+ mobile app.

How to use Login+

If you’ve added a Creator that requires mandatory Face ID verification, the Creator needs to:

  1. Download TestFlight from the App Store (if using iOS). If using Android, skip this step.

  2. Grant app permission to access the device’s VPN settings

  3. Open the Login+ app

  4. Enter their Creator email and the 6-digit CAPTCHA provided by the agency on the Manage Creators page when linking an account

  5. Sign in to Login+ using their Creator username and password. We’ll find the Creator in our database and set up the right IP agent in the app.

  6. Once the account is logged in, Login+ will open the platform's page to finish the 2FA process

After verification, the Creator account is successfully linked and accessible on Infloww Agency CRM.

Note: The app is designed solely for logging in and cannot perform other functions.

Troubleshooting

Login+ isn't working for the Creator

If you’re having trouble getting Login+ to work with the Creator account, make sure that:

  • If the Creator is using an iPhone, make sure that they’ve downloaded the TestFlight app first before downloading and opening Login+

  • The Creator has granted Login+ VPN access to their phone to ensure that it’s on the same IP

Problems verifying the CAPTCHA

CAPTCHA is a security measure that confirms your identity. Frequent CAPTCHA errors can increase the difficulty level of the challenges and may lead to temporary restrictions by the platform.

If you're experiencing issues, here's what you can do:

  • If you're experiencing issues verifying your CAPTCHA on Login+ and have entered it multiple times, please close the client window.

  • After 2-3 minutes, try logging in again. If it still doesn’t work, reach out to our support team for assistance.
