Changing personal information
From the Your Account page, click on Edit. Once enabled, you can change your Picture and Username.
Changing agency information
From the Your Account page, click on Edit. Once enabled, agencies can click Edit to change their Picture and Agency Name.
Note: If you need to change the email address associated with your agency, please contact our Support team for assistance.
