Having trouble sending requests to a Creator?
Here are a few reasons why:
You have a different Creator account type
You’ve exceeded your daily request limit
You’re trying to send multiple requests
A creator blocked you
Note: A Creator may choose to block you from requesting an S4S if they believe that you are bombarding them with excessive requests. It is important to be patient and respectful toward other Creators in the community. If your rank improves, you can try to follow up with them at a later time.
I have reached my daily limit of 3 S4S requests
Unless set to a lower limit, Creators have a maximum of 3 daily S4S requests. Please wait until the next day at 00:00 UTC to send further requests.
Your account type is not the same as the requested Creator
You're only able to request S4Ss with Creators of the same account type (VIP to VIP, Free Trial to Free Trial, Free to Free).
I haven’t selected a Primary Post
After creating several posts, you will need to designate one as your Primary Post for all future S4Ss on Infloww
Only one post can be selected as a Primary Post per linked account.
To set your Primary Post:
From the Manage Posts page, click on the desired post
You'll be prompted with four options: Set as Primary Post, View, Edit, or Delete
Click on Set as Primary Post to confirm
We send every post to our compliance team for verification. If we spot any content that doesn't follow our Content Policy, our team will take it down.
I can’t request an S4S because my account is being linked to Infloww
Linking your account can take several minutes
When making a request, we share your Creator details (account type, rank, and fan count) with the other Creator. We only collect this data when your account is successfully linked to Infloww.
