In order to clear the cache from the app, please follow the steps below:
For Windows:
Click the arrow on the right side of the Windows taskbar to show hidden icons
Right-click the Infloww logo and select Clear Cache, then restart the app:
OR
Simply uninstall and reinstall Infloww—the cache will be cleared automatically
For Mac:
Click on the Infloww icon on the bar
Right click and select Clear Cache, then restart the app
