Why messaging matters for agencies

Direct messages are one of the most profitable channels for creators. Whether it’s selling pay-per-view content, maintaining loyal fan relationships, or handling custom requests—chatting is where conversion happens.

As an agency, your ability to scale and personalize messaging for multiple creators at once can directly impact retention and earnings.

Getting started

Before you start:

  • Make sure your creator(s) Fansly account is connected in Infloww.

  • You have set messaging permissions for your team's roles.

You can view message threads, filter messages (Subscribers, VIPs, Followers, & All are the default filters), send custom or saved messages, and so much more.

Once you're set up, go to Messages> Select creator> Inbox

Easily access the Inbox by clicking the envelope icon in the top bar

Fansly Insight Panel

Every chat can be backed by data. Use the Insight Panel to understand each fan's value and behavior to help you maximize revenue.

What can you see on the Insight Panel?

Here's what information you can see about each fan in the insight panel.

Fan spend: the total purchases from the fan.

Last activity: when they last interacted or purchased.

Top content preferences: based on pervious purchases or chats.

Custom tags: add notes to track kinks, preferences, or patterns.

You can prioritize high-value fans or recent spenders.

Fansly messaging isn't just about sending replies–it's a revenue-driving machine when used correctly. With Infloww, your agency can manage messaging at scale with the context and control you need to maximize each creator's earning potential.

Vault labelling

Vault labels to help you stay on top of what’s already been sent to fans. Visible through Scripts, these labels make it easy to avoid double-sending, keeping conversations smooth and personalized.

  • Bought: Fan purchased the content

  • Sent: Sent, but not purchased

  • Unsent: Manually unsent

  • Free: Sent for free

  • Post: Shared to the feed

Sending content while chatting:

  1. Create an empty script as a placeholder

  2. Go to Messages > Scripts

  3. Open the new script

  4. Edit the message and add the content (under Media you’ll be able to see the labels)

  5. Hit Send

Sending a Script to fan

When sending a scripted message, your team can check if the included content has already been sent and make adjustments before sending.

Creating a new Script

When adding a new script to your library, you’ll be able to see what content has already been posted to the feed.

Note: Labelling won't apply to historical messages, only from 7 August 2025.
