Adding a new Fansly creator

To add a creator to in Infloww:

  1. Go to the Creators tab from the main menu.

  3. Fill out the basic profile details.

  4. Under Connected Platforms, choose Fansly.

  5. Enter the login credentials.

  6. Assign them to a team or manager (optional).

  7. Add internal labels or notes to help with organization

  8. Click Save to add the creator

Note: Only Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can add new creators.

Connecting a Fansly profile

If the Fansly account isn’t linked during creator setup, you can do it later:

  1. In the Action panel, select +Link another account.

  2. Navigate to the Connections tab.

  3. Click Connect Fansly.

  4. Follow the login or authorization flow.

  5. Once connected, you’ll see Fansly listed as a linked platform for the creator.

  6. Assign them to a team or manager (optional).

  7. Add internal labels or notes to help with organization.

Note: Creators may need to disable 2FA during the initial setup to connect successfully.

Managing creator profiles

Each Fansly creator profile includes:

  • Basic info: stage name, platform links, profile picture

  • Connected platforms: Fansly or OnlyFans

  • Performance metrics: earnings, post activity, message history

  • Notes & tags: for internal tracking and categorization

You can edit creator details at any time by clicking Edit Profile from their dashboard.

Assigning roles and permissions

To ensure your team has the right access:

  1. Go to Settings > Role settings.

  2. Select a team member.

  3. Under Set permissions, assign them to a specific creator or group of creators.

  4. Choose their role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Chatter).

This helps limit platform access only to the people who need it, improving privacy and performance tracking.

Removing or deactivating a creator

If a creator is no longer active:

  1. Go to Manage Creators

  2. Open their profile.

  3. Click More Options (⋯)

  4. Choose Deactivate Creator to remove them from your active roster.

Note: This will not delete historical data — it simply hides the profile from your active dashboard.

Keeping accounts secure

Infloww recognizes the importance of security and convenience for creators and agencies. We support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
