Create free trial links to attract new fans. Then, track their performance and determine which channel is your most successful.

With free trial links feature, you can create free trials to attract new fans on platforms like TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, and more. Then, you can monitor and evaluate the performance of each channel, track your earning and more.

Creating a free trial link

To create a free trial link:

  1. Go to Growth > Free Trial Links > Create link. A window will pop-up

  2. Give it a name (this will help you analyze it later)

  3. Chose your offer limit (no limit or up to 100 subscribers)

  4. Choose when the offer expires (No expiration or up to 30 days)

  5. Select the trial duration (up to 12 months)

  6. Select the channel source for where you'll use the link (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Twitch). This will help you analyze the performance later

  7. (Optional) Choose the list you want to add the new fans to

  8. Click Confirm to save

By automatically adding fans to a list, you make it easier to send targeted or group messages later.

Promo costs

When creating free trial links, you can manually input the promo cost for each campaign to calculate the ROI of your campaign.

To add a promo cost:

  1. Go to Growth > Free Trial Links

  2. Select the โœ๏ธ icon in the Promo cost column

  3. Input the amount spent spent to promote the link on other channels (e.g. sponsored Instagram posts)

The inputed promo costs is then used to calculate the ROI metric in the table.

Deactivating active campaigns

Once a campaign is complete, you can easily deactivate the free trial campaign links.

  1. Go to Growth > Free Trials

  2. In the campaign table, under Actions

  3. Click Deactivate

  4. You'll be prompted to confirm campaign deactivation

  5. Click Deactivate to confirm

Note: Expired campaigns will automatically be hidden from the campaign list. To view expired campaigns, toggle the Expired switch on.

Free trial metrics

You can use the metrics in the overview page to understand how your free trial link is performing.

Claim/spend

The % of fans who claimed a free trial and then paid for content or renewed their subscription.

Revenue

Total amount spent by fans on subscriptions and content after clicking on the free trial link.

Profit

Revenue - Promo cost

Profit / Revenue x 100
