When multiple employees are involved, it's essential to know who's responsible for a sale, especially if a customer buys a PPV during overlapping shifts or employee handovers. This can build trust between you and your employees and improve a team's performance and earnings.

Incorrectly assigned sales can lead to skewed data and reporting, making it hard to measure how well individuals and teams are doing. Accurate sales data can help you make smart decisions when assigning and scheduling shifts, offering bonuses, and evaluating employee performance.


How to view and reassign sales

To view and edit a sale

  • Under Analytics, click on Employee Reports

  • Under the Sales column of the Overview table, click to view an employee's sales

  • To remove a sale from the employee, click Remove

  • Once prompted, click Confirm to remove the sale

To reassign a sale

  • Under Analytics, click on Employee Reports

  • Under the Sales column of the Chatting statistics table, click to view an employee's sales

  • Click on Reassign Sales

  • (Optional) Select one or multiple Creators to view specific sales made under that Creator

  • Click the checkbox on each individual sale that you want to reassign to the employee

  • Or click the checkbox at the top of the table to select all sales

  • Once finished, click Reassign to confirm
