What you might be asking
Why is Infloww changing its pricing?
As agencies grow and manage larger creators, their usage of Infloww increases significantly. More messages, more transactions, larger teams, and more concurrent activity all result in higher operational costs for our platform and infrastructure.
In the past year, the scale of usage on our platform has increased dramatically. In 2025, Infloww processed over 5 billion messages, representing nearly 50% growth year over year. We’ve also continued to expand our product with new features and improvements, including Fansly & MYM integrations, time tracking, improved employee reporting, advanced scripts, and more.
This pricing update aligns costs with how Infloww is used today and helps ensure the platform remains reliable and sustainable at scale.
Who is affected by this pricing update?
The update applies to creators earning over $1,000 per month.
Creators earning less than $1,000 per month will not see a price increase. For creators earning above that threshold, the increase is progressive and scales with earnings.
When does the pricing update take effect?
The pricing update takes effect on February 1, 2026.
When will I see the new price on my bill?
You’ll see the updated pricing reflected on your next billing cycle after February 1, 2026. For most customers, this means the change will appear on the invoice issued at the end of February 2026 or the beginning of March 2026.
Where can I see my updated pricing?
A full breakdown of the new pricing tiers is available on this page, under What to expect. After February 1, 2026, you’ll be able to view your updated pricing in Infloww, under Settings → Billing.
Do I need to take any action?
No action is required. The pricing update is applied automatically, and nothing about how you use Infloww needs to change.
Will this affect my access to features or usage limits?
No. This update does not change your feature access, tools, or usage limits. You’ll continue using Infloww exactly as before.
Is this a one-time update or should I expect regular increases?
This update reflects current usage and operational realities. While pricing may evolve over time as the platform and customer usage change, there is no set schedule for recurring increases.
How does Infloww’s pricing change with usage and agency size?
As agencies manage higher-earning creators and larger teams, their usage of Infloww increases. Pricing scales progressively to reflect the higher volume of activity and operational load associated with larger agencies.
How does Infloww define platform usage and scale?
Platform usage and scale are driven by factors such as:
Creator earnings
Message volume and concurrency
Transaction activity
Number of creators managed
Size of chat and operations teams
Higher scale across these areas results in higher operational demands on the platform.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my account or billing?
You can contact Infloww Support ([email protected]) for general billing or account questions. If you work with a Customer Success Manager, they can also help with account-specific questions.
I’m a larger agency. Can I discuss this directly with my CSM?
Yes. Larger agencies can speak directly with their Customer Success Manager for account-specific clarification and support. However, this update is being rolled out evenly across the board, and we can’t offer any exceptions or custom adjustments.
I’m a smaller agency. Does this change apply to me?
If your creators earn less than $1,000 per month, this pricing update does not apply to you. Smaller agencies managing lower-earning creators will not see an increase.
