MYM notifications keep creators and managers informed about subscriber activity, tips, messages, and more. This guide explains how to manage your notification settings on MYM.
Types of MYM notifications
Account activity
MYM can send you alerts for different types of account activity, including:
New Messages notifications from my subscribers
New Subscriptions and Renewals notifications
Private media request notifications
For each of these activity types, you can set whether you’d like to receive a daily summary, a weekly summary, or receive notifications for all messages of that type in real-time.
MYM Newsletters
Here you can indicate whether or not you would like to receive MYM newsletters.
MYM Offers
Here you can indicate whether or not you would like to receive coupons, codes, discounts, and other commercial offers from MYM.
Managing notification settings on MYM
While you’re logged into a MYM creator account, you can access your notifications by clicking on the Notifications icon in the top menu bar.
To change your notification settings:
Go to Settings > Notification preferences
Choose your preferred notification settings
Enable or disable specific events based on creator preference
