How to complete FaceID 2FA verification for creators

This guide walks you through FaceID 2FA verification process for linking or relinking creator accounts.

Why is FaceID Required?

OnlyFans mandates Face ID or selfie-based 2FA to maintain account security. It cannot be bypassed and must be completed through the Infloww Login+ app for successful account linking.

Step 1: Have the creator download and set up the Login+ app

The creator must have this ready so that later on you can send them a link to paste and complete the 2FA selfie verification.

To use Login+, it is essential that the creator downloads both the TestFlight app and the Login+ app on their iOS device.

If the creator uses an Android device, TestFlight is not necessary to download, just the Login+ app.

How to download TestFlight

  • Tell the creator to open the App Store on their iPhone

  • Search for TestFlight and download the app to their device.

  • They must have TestFlight installed before they can download and use the Login+ app.

Download Login+ via TestFlight

  • After installing TestFlight, tell the creator to not use the "Enter Invitation Code" function.

  • Instead, Ask the creator to download Login+ app from login.infloww.com : this will automatically open TestFlight and prompt them to download Login+.

Step 2: Start the linking process

In your dashboard, go to Manage Creators and select either Link Account or Relink for the relevant creator that needs 2FA verification.

Click on Link Creator account under the Action column for the specific account you are working with.

Step 3: Enter account credentials

You will be prompted to enter the creator’s account email and password.
Make sure the information is accurate to avoid errors.

Step 4: Choose verification method

Select your verification method.

​Note: If OnlyFans requires face verification, only the FaceID option will be available.

Step 5: Confirm with the third-party verification service

You will be redirected to the third-party verification service.
Click Confirm to proceed.

Step 6: Complete the Login+ app process

After clicking Confirm, you'll see the following screen showing you the link you should send the creator to input into the Login+ app.

Login+

  • Copy the authentication link provided and send it to the creator.

  • The creator must copy and paste this link into the Login+ app to complete verification.

Please note: the creator is required to complete this step

The creator should:

  • Open the Login+ app.

  • Paste the authentication link into the input box.

Notes:

  • If you see this pop-up, select ‘’Allow’’

  • If the link is incorrect, an error message will appear.

  • If the link is correct, the app will redirect to the OnlyFans face recognition page.

Follow the on-screen prompts on the OnlyFans page to complete the face authentication process.

Make sure the creator keeps this window open until they see a message saying ''You're logged in'' and click on Confirm.

Step 7: Refresh the page in Manage Creators

Press on Done in the Face ID Verification page after the creator has finished the selfie verification process.

  • The page needs to be refreshed to reflect the new connection. The Manage Creators page doesn't update on its own so you will still see the Proxy Selection screen after you click on Done.

  • Close the screen and just change to any section outside of Manage Creators.
    ​

  • Go back to Manage Creators and you'll see the connection showing up.

Alternative Method

This only applies if the above 2FA verification is not working. It should be used as last resort only if the above attempts to link the creator's OnlyFans account have failed.

Steps for Owner/Admin to set up

Step 1: Click on the grey text that show Still unable to perform verification and link OnlyFans account to Infloww

Step 2: Select your role • If you select Admin/employee , click Next to pop up the Linking OnlyFans account (Alternative method) window, guiding you to proceed with the next steps.

• A pop-up window will appear once click Next, click Done to proceed

  1. Owner/Admin needs to create an account for creator. For security purposes, please establish minimal access rights for the creator

  2. Tell the creator to download Infloww apps from Infloww official website

  3. Creator to proceed with 2FA verification in Infloww app

  4. After the creator has successfully linked their account, Proceed with deleting the related employee role.

Steps for Creator to complete 2FA verification in Infloww

Step 1: Creator to download Infloww apps from Infloww official website and check your email to complete account activation.

Step 2: Login to Infloww and click on "Manage creators"

Step 3: Select the creator account

Step 4: Enter account credentials You will be prompted to enter the creator’s account email and password. Make sure the information is accurate to avoid errors.

Step 5: Click on "Still unable to perform verification and link OnlyFans account to Infloww?"

Step 6: Select your role • Creator (Owner of the OnlyFans account), after clicking Next, close the current pop-up window and the OF login page will pop up.

Step 7: Re-enter account credentials for verification You will be prompted to re-enter the creator’s account email and password. Make sure the information is accurate to avoid errors.

Follow the on-screen prompts on the OnlyFans page to complete the face authentication process.
