Assigning AI Copilot permissions

Assign permissions to your managers and employees so they can get started with AI CoPilot.

Please note: AI Copilot is still in beta so make sure to double-check your message before sending it out.

Default role permissions

By default, the following permissions are set as default for the Owner and Admin roles:

Buy AI credits

Can purchase AI credits through Infloww. See more.

Credits allocation

Can allocated purchased credits to Creators. See more.

Recover credits

Can withdraw credits from a Creator back to the unassigned pool. See more.

AI persona

Can configure the AI persona. See more.

Chatlog

Can see the report of how many credits an employee has used and what's their percentage of AI chats.

By default, the following permissions are set as default for the Chatter roles:

OF Manager > Messages Pro: AI Copilot

Can use AI Copilot to generate responses in Messages Pro.

Assign Managers permissions to custom roles

Assign permissions to managers that allows them to configure the AI Copilot.

  1. Go to Settings > Role Settings

  2. Find your Manager role and select Set Permissions. A window will open

  3. Go to Growth and select + to open the permissions

  4. Check AI Copilot and assign the relevant function & data permissions:

5. Finally, assign whether this permission set applies to all data, self and subordinates or just data about self

6. Select Save

Assign Employee permissions to custom roles

Once you've assigned manager permission, assign employee permissions that allows access from Messages Pro.

  1. Go to Settings > Role Settings

  2. Find the role you want to be able to use AI Copilot and select Set Permissions. A window will open

  3. Go to OF Manager and select + to open the permissions

  4. Under Messages Pro, select AI Copilot

  5. Select Save
