Learn how to set up and assign shifts for employees

Updated over a week ago

Creating and managing employee shifts has never been easier. This feature allows you to assign employees to specific shifts and monitor their progress.

Assigning multiple employees to the same shift

To assign multiple employees to a shift:

  • Go to the Settings menu and click on Sale Settings

  • In the Sale Settings page, you'll find a toggle option called "Allow multiple employees to work on the same shift for the assigned Creator." Turn it on.

Note: If there are multiple employees in a shift, the individual sales of each employee cannot be calculated through scheduling.

  • From the Shifts window, select the shift date and time range

  • Assign one or multiple Creators to the shift via dropdown selection

  • Assign one or multiple employees to the shift via dropdown selection

  • Choose whether you want the shift to repeat weekly and set the specific days of the week for the shift to occur

  • If you want to have the shift to repeat indefinitely, select Never under Repeat Ends

  • If you want the repeating shift to expire, choose the end date

  • Once finished, click OK to finalize the shift
