[BETA] Understanding media statistics in Vault Pro

Learn how Vault Pro measures media performance, calculates folder summaries, and lets you sort media using sales statistics.

Please note: Media Statistics is still in beta.

Viewing media statistics

Media statistics are available for individual media in Vault Pro and Messages Pro. You can also review performance summaries for Vault Pro folders and categories.

Note: OFMM activity is excluded from Vault Pro statistics. OFMM sends do not count toward sent count. OFMM unlocks and associated revenue are not included in unlock count, unlock rate, or revenue.

Vault Pro provides the following statistics:

Metric

Description

Sent count

The total number of times the media was sent to fans. This includes individual and priority mass messages, whether free or paid. Unsending a message does not reduce the sent count.

Unlock count

The total number of times fans purchased the PPV media. Chargebacks are not deducted.

Unlock rate

How often fans purchased the media after it was sent. Calculated as: unlock count ÷ sent count.

Revenue

The gross revenue attributed to the media. Chargebacks are not deducted.

Viewing statistics in Grid and Table views

In Grid view, each media card displays:

  • Sent count

  • Unlock rate

  • Revenue

In Table view, you can see all four metrics, including the exact unlock count.

Understanding folder and category summaries

Vault Pro displays a performance summary for the media in each non-default folder or category.

The summary includes:

Metric

Description

Total sent count

The sum of the sent counts for all media in the folder or category.

Total revenue

The sum of the revenue attributed to all media in the folder or category.

Total unlock rate

The combined unlock count for all media divided by their combined sent count.

Total unlock rate is calculated from the combined counts. It is not an average of the individual media unlock rates.

If a folder is empty or its media has not been sent:

  • Total sent count displays 0

  • Total revenue displays 0

  • Total unlock rate displays a dash () when there is no valid sent-count denominator

The default folder is not included in folder summaries.

Important information about statistics

  • Tracking start date: Media statistics are available from August 6, 2026. Data from before that date is not available.

  • Content sent outside Infloww: Media sent directly from OnlyFans or an other workflow can create differences between sent count, unlock count, and revenue in Infloww.

  • Bundle revenue: When a bundle is sold, its full price is attributed to every media item in the bundle. For example, if a bundle containing one video and four photos sells for $50, Vault Pro attributes $50 to each of the five items.

Sorting media by performance

You can sort media in ascending or descending order by:

  • Sent count

  • Unlock count

  • Revenue

Unlock rate is not currently available as a sorting option. To evaluate unlock-rate performance, sort by unlock count and review the corresponding unlock rate.

In Grid view, sorting by unlock count still works, but the exact unlock count is not displayed on the media card. Switch to Table view to see the unlock count used for sorting.

Using performance sorting with other filters

Performance sorting can be used with the following Infloww features:

  • Notes and hashtag searches

  • Content-type filters

  • Grid and Table view switching

Performance sorting cannot be used simultaneously with these OnlyFans filtering and sorting options:

  • Caption search

  • Go to date

  • Sort by recent

  • Sort by most liked

  • Sort by highest tips

The most recent action takes priority. For example, if you apply an OnlyFans filter and then sort by revenue, Vault Pro applies the revenue sorting and clears the incompatible OnlyFans filters.

Filtering video and audio by duration

The duration filter is available in Vault Pro in both Grid and Table views, and when using Vault Pro in Messages Pro.

The duration filter appears when the selected content type is All, Video, or Audio. Choose one or more ranges:

  • Less than 1 minute

  • 1 to 5 minutes

  • 5 to 10 minutes

  • More than 10 minutes

You can select multiple ranges. Media matching any selected range is shown.

If All is selected and you apply a duration filter, Vault Pro hides media without a duration and shows only matching video and audio files.

Who can view media statistics?

Access is controlled through the View media statistics permission in the Messages Pro and Vault Pro role settings.

By default:

  • Owners and Admins can view media statistics

  • All other roles require manual authorization

This permission controls access to individual media statistics, folder and category summaries, and related performance sorting and filters.
